Kuroda was super helpful and responsive to our questions. The place was very clean and spacious. The area is very quiet and peaceful, and easy to make friendships with locals. There is also a restaurant literally next door! Just be mindful to not miss the last train if you are out late in Shibuya…

Naga was very kind and proactive host, he send me messages and guidance to make my stay here easier and comfortable. definitely I will choose him again.

I stayed here for a month while working in Tokyo — I only needed to be most central a few days a week, so was happy to be based in a smaller, more local neighbourhood for the majority of my time. There's everything I needed locally, & Tachikawa was nearby for more hardcore shopping. The nearest train stations are quite a walk away, so I wouldn't recommend it if you plan to commute far or want to be elsewhere most days. The flat itself is very well kept & furnished with nice gadgets to make daily life comfortable (e.g. electric blanket .. lifesaver). The host was kind, responsive & helpful — I knew that if I needed anything, she would help. I felt looked after & also had privacy. The internet worked well, the bathroom great. There was everything I needed to cook most meals in the kitchen. Supermarkets 10-15 mins walk away. Gym & library 15-20 mins away. I hope to return to Kunitachi next time I'm working in the city.
