Von der Terrasse blickt man auf ein Fauna-Flora-Habitat. Im Umkreis von wenigen KM findt man Wanderwege, Seen u. Skigebiete.

Unsere neue Fewo "die Stub" ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für eureTouren ins Vilstal und die umliegende Bergwelt da wir schon mitten im Waldgebiet sind. Neuschwanstein ist mit dem Auto nur 25 min entfernt. Nach einer Tour könnt ihr in der Vils die Füsse kühlen oder in die umliegenden Badeseen springen. Im Winter sind verschiedene Lifte ca 25 min mit dem Auto entfernt oder ihr macht eine Schneeschuhtour vom Haus aus. Der Ortskern ist 3,5 km entfernt wo ihr alles nötige kaufen könnt.

Loft Remise-Allgäu, 130 sqm, 2 bedrooms & sauna

Built in 1904, the remise was not used for almost four decades and we decided to renovate it from scratch in 2020. The transformation into a spacious residential unit with two bedrooms, an open kitchen and a spacious bathroom in the middle of the village center of a rural community. In the heart of the island of Lindau, Casa Limone is located in a small quiet side street, just a few steps away from the bustling Maximilianstraße. Absolute tranquility in a beautiful house, large terraces and luxurious furnishings leave nothing to be desired.
