Monthly Rentals in Tatum

This was my 2nd stay at in of April’s cottages and when I do the drive between FL and CO it will always be on the top of my list! April has always been super responsive and accommodating to my weird arrival times and I always feel at home when arriving. Thank you again for another comfortable and welcoming place to rest my head (and my doggos) after a grueling 950 mile trek!

This place was perfect!! I stayed here for almost 3 weeks and felt like home. Very quiet and peaceful location. Modern decor, clean and so nice having the washer and dryer. It was well stocked with extra linen and towels. Barry was quick to respond to inquiries. I hope its available next year.

Teri and Greg’s Tiny Cottage Alpaca Experience was an absolute blast! The check-in and check-out process? Easy as can be. The bed? Comfy enough to make me question why I ever leave home. But let’s talk about the real stars here—the alpacas. These guys are all about the animal crackers and will absolutely judge you if you run out. And then there’s the resident pup—an elite-level greeter, professional belly rub enthusiast, and all-around attention seeker. You’ve been warned. The whole stay was fun, unique, and surprisingly relaxing. Would I stay again? Absolutely—just gotta restock the animal crackers first!
