In just 20 minutes on foot you can reach the heart of the historic center of Ascona and the lakeside of Lake Maggiore.

The house is located in the quiet old town of Losone San Giorgio. Enjoy the wonderful Ticino atmosphere and the hospitality of the Bertola's. From here, in a few moments by bike, you can reach Locarno with its famous Piazza or the lakefront of Ascona, where you can enjoy aperitifs and dinners.

Living a unique experience in an energetic place, the studio, is cozy and quiet, for 2 people who want to recharge their batteries. It is located in an old barn, in the heart of Cavigliano, near the 17th-century Torchio. There is a grocery store, pharmacy, and good restaurants and grottos nearby.
