Monthly Rentals in The Lizard

We adored this cottage. It has enough modern amenities that it’s comfortable to live in without destroying the wonderful rustic look of it. The local area is beautiful. The house is one minute from a small fishing cove and about three minutes from the start of the coastal trail hiking path which we enjoyed a lot. There is a local pub one minute down the road with very good food, but there is also a kitchen in the cottage with all the equipment you need to cook your own dinners. It was very clean and obviously put together with a lot of care. It’s home-y and cozy! Cannot recommend this enough if you’d like to hide away by the sea and take lots of scenic walks and day trips.

We loved our stay at Morgelyn Cottage, our two boys have rated it "the best ever" AirBnB so I think no more needs to be said, however I will say a few words. We were able to find it despite our phones being offline and not having put the postcode into the SatNav. It was very clean and spacious while also being cosy and very atmospheric, the sky at night here is very beautiful. We also liked the way it had been furnished, there were lots of stylish touches. Sarah came round to say hello so we felt very welcome. We were allowed to visit the lambing barn, which was a treat we all enjoyed, thank you Sarah. We did a walk from the farm to Kennack Sands and back again, taking in Cadgwith Cove, we also visited St Michael's Mount and Kynance Cove, both of which are very easy to get to. We recommend the Smugglers Fish and Chips at the Lizard, easily the best fish and chips we've had for a long time. All in all a really wonderful few days in a lovely part of the world.

it was an absolute delight to stay at the Retreat for a weekend away. The space was very cosy and provided everything we needed and more! We especially loved the feather duvet- so cosy! Kay and Terry really go above and beyond at providing a welcoming and comfortable environment with lots of useful information about the local area. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

Excellent stay at the chalet, had everything I could need and more! Beautifully decorated and lots of helpful notes, recommendations and useful information. Chalet was small but spacious enough for a couple/small family. Area was lovely and easy to find. Worth noting to bring £1 coins for the meter! Would 100% come and stay again, thanks so much for an amazing stay 😊
