In January the temperature in the house is max 16 degrees Bed linen and towels 25.00 CHF per person. reservations of less than one week are accepted only in the month prior to the vacation date. The duplex apartment with large terrace is located in Gandria directly on the shores of Lake Lugano. The view and direct access to the lake enchants in all seasons. The apartment has its own entrance with direct access to the open kitchen and living room with fireplace and lake view. When the weather is nice, our guests linger on the terrace to the lake or enjoy the shade in the courtyard. All bedrooms overlook the lake. Cafes and restaurants are next door.

It's a small but very cozy apartment. The bedroom is shared with the living room, but you have a breathtaking view of Lake Maggiore and the mountains from the terrace. The lovingly furnished apartment will provide you with an unforgettable stay! With me, it is the case that every guest at the end of the vacation cleans the apartment themselves and leaves it nice and clean. Thank you! Unfortunately, there is no longer a grocery store in San Nazzaro!

The house is located in the quiet old town of Losone San Giorgio. Enjoy the wonderful Ticino atmosphere and the hospitality of the Bertola's. From here, in a few moments by bike, you can reach Locarno with its famous Piazza or the lakefront of Ascona, where you can enjoy aperitifs and dinners.

Apartment in an ancient villa

Relax in this charming apartment located in a quiet residential area of Minusio. The accommodation is about 150 meters away from the lake. With a short walk along the famous red road of “Via alla Riva” you can reach Muralto, Locarno, Tenero. Supermarkets such as Coop and Migros are within walking distance. Blue zone (public parking) for parking, present in the area and for a fee. Minusio train station is 300 meters from the accommodation.
