Apartment(2.5) on the ground floor in a house of three apartments, nice view towards the floor, Lake Maggiore and mountains. Veranda, kitchenette, 1 bedroom, toilet with shower. NO fireplace. Shared garden and laundry room. Although the house is surrounded by woods and vineyards, it is only a 2-minute drive (15-minute walk) from the bus stop and a bar/bakery, and a 15-minute drive from the centre of Bellinzona. The Bellinzona-sud motorway exit is a 5-minute and 25-minute walk from the train station. Great for hiking and biking.

The markets in Italy are also easily accessible by car or public transport. In winter and during the cool season, I recommend the studio for one person only!

Restaurants, museums and cafes are within walking distance, comfortably by bus thanks to the stop a couple of minutes away or by Citybike, whose station is very close to the apartment.

My apartment belongs to Ronco and has a magnificent view over Lake Maggiore. Distance to the village of Ronco: 10 minutes on foot. The "Cimitero" (cemetery) bus stop is 50 meters from the entrance. Ronco (353 m above sea level) has 700 inhabitants and 4 restaurants. Distance to Ascona: 15 minutes by car. The apartment was completed in 2016. It is small (28 square meters) but nice (all new high-quality equipment). This apartment is a non-smoking apartment.
