Our lovingly renovated house is close to the beautiful Hochosterwitz Castle. The outdoor area is currently being completed. Around our quiet village of St. Sebastian (Carinthia), many routes and paths invite you to hike to the neighboring Magdalensberg or Christofberg. Hochosterwitz Castle is easily accessible on foot or by bike. By car, you can reach the district capital of St. Veit an der Glan in just 10 minutes or the state capital of Klagenfurt in 20 minutes.

Whether alone, as a couple or as a family, this cozy, fully furnished apartment has everything you need for a memorable stay. It can be found on the 1st floor of our house and can be accessed separately via the staircase. It is in the best location, just a few steps from the lake, university and stadium. Downtown can be reached in 10 minutes by bus. Supermarkets, drugstore, pharmacy, bakeries and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity.

The self-contained residential unit is located in the garden wing of a Mediterranean-style private house just ten minutes from Klagenfurt and Lake Wörthersee. I live on the upper floors with my family. The twenty-meter long pool and the fantastic garden, which is located directly in front of your bedroom, can be used at any time. I also speak English and Italian and will be happy to help you make your vacation a real dream vacation.

Mobility is possible in many ways. The bike path passes by the apartment. There are restaurants, a bakery and a pharmacy within easy walking distance. The apartment has just been restored and prepared with a lot of love. It's waiting for you!

We like to have a nice home and enjoy it. The pool of the huge garden in the middle of nature is a place where we like to come home. Since last year, we have also opened the doors of our special retreat to guests. The apartment has a separate entrance and is very spacious😀. Ökologisch gebautes Apartment auf einem Bio Bauernhof im Herzen Kärntens, etwa 15 Autominuten von der Landeshauptstadt Klagenfurt entfernt. Das Apartment wurde mit natürlichen Materialien eingerichtet und verfügt über eine Terrasse mit Zugang zum Garten. Am Hof gibt es Pferde, Hühner, zwei Schweine, Katzen und zwei Schildkröten.
