We offer a spacious house for rent that can comfortably accommodate 8 guests. The house is located in a quiet village not far from Brno. Guests have the whole house to themselves. On the ground floor, there is a living room with air conditioning, a dining room, and an equipped kitchen with built-in appliances, a contact grill, and a coffee maker. There are four bedrooms on the second floor, one of which has air conditioning. There are two bathrooms. Parking is available at the house or in the garage. There is an indoor pool and a covered terrace in the garden.

With only 65 inhabitants, Louka is a quiet crossroads of three fascinating areas: Vysočina, Moravian Karst and the Hornosvratecké vrchovina. The property is fenced and offers an escape to privacy. Behind the cottage you will find only meadows and a pond. The cottage has been recently renovated and the living room has direct access to the garden with seating. Enjoy peace and quiet, relax, or go on sightseeing trips.

Relax with the whole family in this beautiful cottage located in the centre of Krumvir. Krumvir is a small tranquil village in the heart of the wine region know as Czech Tuscany. There are many local wine cellars you can visit, and numerous local tourist activities are a short drive away, and you can cycle or walk in the beautiful countryside right from the front door. The cottage is next to a stream, with views of the local Church. We have a swimming pool which is in use from June to September.
