Cà Selvetta si trova in mezzo alla campagna valtellinese, sul Sentiero Valtellina, ai margini del fiume Adda. Natura, pace e silenzio fanno da contorno alla nostra casa e il suono delle campane scandisce le ore. **ATTENZIONE** Stiamo facendo tutto il possibile per aiutare a proteggere i nostri ospiti Airbnb e per questo puliamo e disinfettiamo le superfici toccate più di frequente (interruttori della luce, pomelli delle porte, maniglie degli armadietti, telecomandi ecc.) prima di ogni check-in.
What guests are saying:“The apartment and the host are super. We arrived after midnight, but thanks to the self-service checking it was very convenient. You will find everything you need in the apartment, well equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher. Bathroom and bedroom are good too. Windows are directed to the garden, so there is no rush from the street which goes around the house. But even this street is not so busy. You can park your car in the garden without a problem - the entrance is big enough and flat, so again very convenient. WiFi is functional, and the stone table in the garden is an excellent place for breakfast and even for some work. Within half an hour you go by car near Lake Como, or to the mountains around (I can recommend Val Di Masino and the area around Ponte nel Cielo). I can only recommend it.”

Ti piacerà il mio alloggio per questi motivi: i soffitti alti , l'intimità, la posizione, l'arredamento moderno e funzionale. Strategic area: -5 minutes from the city center of Sondrio -150 m from the bus stop -15 minutes from the Valtellina path -one hour from Bormio -1/2 from Valmalenco 1/2 from Aprica -1 hour and a half from LIVIGNO and a little more from SAINT MORITZ -40 minutes from PONTE NEL CIELO (Tartano) -walk along the terraces -possibility to have two mountain bikes
