Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Totonicapán Department

I have had the privilege of being a guest in this incredible home before and it just gets better with each trip. It is truly a magical and unique home and property that I promise with exceed any expectations you may have. The staff are special people and will go out of their way to make you feel right at home. Don’t pass up an opportunity to enjoy Lake Atitlán and this incredible home.

We had such a wonderful time. We felt so taken care of by Jean, she even cut off some aloe for my sunburn 🥹. The property was beautiful and inviting. We had no issues! The private doc made it really easy to get lanchas across the lake. Jean went out of her way to answer any questions we had and to make sure we had transportation taken care of, even going as far to book our departing shuttle for us. We couldn’t say enough lovely things about Jean and her beautiful little paradise. Would come back again in a heartbeat 💓

We loved staying at Arturo's house in Panajachel and felt right at home. The yard was great, and we enjoyed using the porch and pool. The rooms were clean, and the private bathrooms were much appreciated. The host was responsive and proactive in his communications, and the caretaker was extremely helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Christopher’s AirBnB was clean and had great amentities like access to a football field. He gave great recommendations and provided contacts to boat and shuttle drivers. Would definitely recommend

My family group of seven (3 families) had an amazing stay here! The house fit us perfectly and the downstairs space was perfect for us all to gather and chat. We loved the pool and jacuzzi but the view was the best of all. The location is great with easy walking access to Sam Marcos, a quick boat ride to San Juan, and we loved jumping off the rocks that are just a quick paddle away. Thanks so much!

The house itself is beautifully designed, combining rustic charm with modern comforts. It offers spacious and well-lit rooms that feel cozy yet elegant, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the vibrant local culture. The outdoor spaces are particularly delightful, with terraces or gardens where you can unwind and enjoy the peaceful sounds of nature.

I stayed around a month here while in Spanish classes and found it a quiet and peaceful place to stay, would certainly recommend and stay here again, and special mention to the lovely Doña Maria who is always helpful :)

Large downstairs apartment, had everything you could ask for. Close enough to walk to the center, and La Tora. Well worth the price, would recommend and return for short or longer stays.

Clean, spacious, and well supplied apartment. Secure area. 10-15 minute walk to the center. The bed was comfy, the water in the shower was nice and hot. The washer and dryer are a great feature. We had a power outage while staying there (seems to be common in Xela) and only lasted a while, but good thing to keep in mind if you rely on wifi. The hallway bathroom had a strong smell coming from the drains but we just kept the door closed and it was not a problem since we did not need it during our stay. Construction in the unit next door, earplugs recommended. Overall good value for the place and pleasant stay!

Great apartment! Loved the decor… felt homely.. the big TVs were a plus compared to other similar apartments. Kitchen was well stocked. Was really a great little place. The Mexican restaurant was very close and delicious 😋

Alejandro's place was great! We loved the 360 view and the outdoor shower. It was great seeing the sunrise from the balcony every morning! Host is very responsive and helpful as well. Something to note - the neighborhood has a lot of roosters crowing all night, and because the metal roof is not completely closed, it might be hard for some people to get a good night's sleep. By no means is this the place's fault though, but just to be aware if you're a light sleeper! Everything else was awesome, very clean and good amenities! Drinking water in the kitchen, warm showers, good working faucet, a desk to work at, a bench on the balcony! Power outlets were also abundant and there's a good working ceiling fan:) Thanks, Alejandro!

I spent just one night at the apartment but could have easily stayed a week. Best location, best view, best overall stay I can imagine along the lake. Definitely stay here, no question. Absolutely gorgeous and the host was communicative and helpful. Loved it.

The apartment is very modernly furnished and of high quality! Location is perfect and very central! Overall a great apartment and a very friendly host! We would come back and can recommend the place! The only drawback: It is very noisy in the evening hours in the neighborhood and you can hear the sound of the bars next door!

This was my second time staying in Pana and Sarah's apartment could not have been more perfect! She was super flexible with check in. I felt safe at all times, especially because a key was required to enter the lounge area. Everything was close, walked around every night and enjoyed the area. Sarah recommended good spots to check out. She responded really quick and was super nice and helpful to any questions that I had. I highly recommend booking with her. I will be back this summer and will definitely book with Sarah, and again anytime in the future! (that's how pleased and obsessed I left with her apartment & service provided!

Had a lovely stay at Sarah’s flat, it was exactly as described and just a beautiful place. Love everything about my stay and highly recommended. Everything works fine and had no issue whatsoever, felt right at home. It’s extremely spacious and a good place to come back to after a long day and relax. It’s very central so literally everything is within walk distance. The host, Sarah, was very kind and responsive. She allowed me to check in early and gave me some really good recommendations. Once again, highly recommended.
