the place was so tranquil and charming that I extended my stay. the shared kitchen and bathrooms were cleaned and tided daily, and the whole place in general was always tidy. It was great value for money and I would stay there again.

An excellent place, very quiet, with a lot of attention from the host and guard at Garita. I would definitely come back. As only recommendation, a night lamp in the rooms would be helpful, I was very far away from the sleeper, otherwise everything beautiful

Large downstairs apartment, had everything you could ask for. Close enough to walk to the center, and La Tora. Well worth the price, would recommend and return for short or longer stays.

Communication with the host was quite good, resolved each of the inconvenience. the location of the place seems perfect to me. I would definitely come back.

Delighted with the place, as in the description, clean, tidy, good location, beautiful view and with all the necessary utensils, both cooking and cleaning and personal hygiene, together with my family we had a pleasant and comfortable rest, we were satisfied with the service, we will definitely come back again! The place has a very good location on Calle Santader, a place enough to rest and have everything accessible.

Alejandro's place was great! We loved the 360 view and the outdoor shower. It was great seeing the sunrise from the balcony every morning! Host is very responsive and helpful as well. Something to note - the neighborhood has a lot of roosters crowing all night, and because the metal roof is not completely closed, it might be hard for some people to get a good night's sleep. By no means is this the place's fault though, but just to be aware if you're a light sleeper! Everything else was awesome, very clean and good amenities! Drinking water in the kitchen, warm showers, good working faucet, a desk to work at, a bench on the balcony! Power outlets were also abundant and there's a good working ceiling fan:) Thanks, Alejandro!

A great stay! We had to change accommodations late at night, Andrea responded right away and the staff greeted us at the gate and helped us with bags down the stairs. The bed was enormous and the most comfortable we've ever slept in. Incredibly beautiful views, just a few meters from the lake, to wake up to. Clean and fresh and had everything you needed in the kitchen and in the bathroom, large and lovely shower. Extra thanks for the fact that Andrea always responded very quickly and she and the staff were very thoughtful and helpful. We would be glad to come back!

Sarah was such an amazing host because she was super helpful with transportation arrangements, activity recommendations and responsive to messages. The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures and the location was great because there were plenty of restaurant options, it felt safe and is just a short walk away from the lake-side.

The accommodation has a very good location, it is spacious, it has the necessary amenities. Sarah was very helpful and was very quick to respond and collaborate at all times.

Everything was excellent, very nice, spacious, tidy and clean. The view on the terrace was the best, seeing the sunset and sunrise was very beautiful... my family was delighted, I'll be back in the future.

This location has one of the best views of any place we have ever stayed. We were able to see the sun rise from the balcony and observe the stars at night in the hot tub. Absolutely stunning! Alejandra and Fernando are kind, helpful and wonderful. They provided everything we needed for our stay. Andrea responded very quickly when we were in need of assistance. I will say, read the manual and be sure to take a ferry to San Marcos and tuk tuk to the property from there. We made the mistake of telling a private boat captain we were going to San Pablo and paid an extremely inflated price to be dropped off there. Lesson learned. Also, the stairs to the property are very steep. They are well lit and have a rail but if you have any mobility issues, I would not recommend this property. Overall, our stay was wonderful and we plan on staying again when we return.
