Large downstairs apartment, had everything you could ask for. Close enough to walk to the center, and La Tora. Well worth the price, would recommend and return for short or longer stays.

Especially good people, very considerate.The apartment is well secured and there are security guards with guns.There are restaurants and supermarkets nearby, which is very convenient.

Jose is very efficient in solving the problem and we were very satisfied. Excellent management of the problem.

Excellent stay, the place is conditional with what you are offered, the host is very kind and always attentive to respond immediately, my family is happy with the place, the accommodation is very private and safe, you can leave your vehicle without any concern, you have everything you need if you want to cook, spacious and very clean accommodation would come back again, I recommend the accommodation.

Great place for big families, host’s attention was awesome and always ready to help us. Had some issues either the hot water but she helped us fix it. The stove ran out of gas but she arrived within 20 minutes with new tank. Loved the stay for me and my fam!

The house is beautiful, much better than the photos, it is quite a spacious house. They were pending all the time, the house is very close to the downtown area of Xela a few minutes from Interplaza, Pradera Xela and Paseo las américas.

Dr. Cesar was a great host and his house a hidden gem. Truly peaceful and quiet, perfect to unwind and relax. The view from the master bedroom balcony at sunrise and sunset is something you can’t miss. My family and felt right at home here.

Thanks to the hosts, the stay was pleasant and always very attentive to the needs and amenities needed. I'd come back another time.

This place was the highlight of our trip. We booked it last minute and stayed for one night. It was so peaceful, the bed is very comfy, the jacuzzi is lovely, and the view is great. The morning paddle board in the morning was amazing. I would definitely recommend this stay. We grabbed pizza and some beverages in town and just hung out here for the night! So beautiful.

Very nice stay about 10 minute walk from the main hub of San Marcos. Secluded and quiet, right on the water. Had some amazing sunrises. Being so close to the water, there will be bugs, but that was expected and manageable with turning lights off/closing doors at night. Bed was very comfortable.
