I am happy to stay in this accommodation. Although it is difficult for me to go up to the 4th floor with a large suitcase using only stairs, but when I entered I was very entertained by the very pleasant accommodation. Everything I need is in this accommodation. The location makes it very easy for me to find food. Close to the mall and a large supermarket. I highly recommend this accommodation.

A great place to stay for long term holiday in Almaty. Mr Park was a very helpful host, helps us with a lot of things including finding cheaper snowboard rental place. He also helps when we faced troubles and hiccups in our vacations. A very responsive and helpful host.

Our stay at Lyudmila's apartment couldn't have been better. Upon arrival, the hostess showed us everything and communication with Lyudmila was flawless. We enjoyed a stunning view of frozen trees and squirrels from our windows. The apartment was sunny, warm, bright, clean, and well-organized. A fully equipped kitchen allowed us to enjoy our time there even more. Moreover, Lyudmila's place is in an area where the air is less polluted than in the city centre. The location offers easy access to the attractions in the Shymbulak resort.

We had a great stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was really convenient—close to restaurants, shops, and public transport. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was easy and friendly. We felt right at home and would definitely stay here again next time we’re in town.
