Enjoy all four seasons with beautiful panoramic views. A private suite with kitchenette, full bath, bar area with 2 stools. Near wineries, beaches, hiking, biking and Sleeping Bear National Park & Lake Michigan. Herring Lake across the street. Also included is dock access (for walking/sitting) and kayaks at your own risk. Crystal Mountain fifteen minutes by car. Backyard fire pit for guests to use. Note: steep driveway in the winter you will need a four wheel drive vehicle.

We are less than 2 Miles to West Bay, Downtown Traverse City and grocery stores. This quiet location has its own private entrance with plenty of parking for your boat toys. The Firehouse One Building was the first Fire Station in the city, constructed back in 1891 and thoughtfully renovated in 2022. With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, this is the largest of 6 beautiful vacation rentals in the building. With 12 foot tall ceilings accented with hand hammered tin and floor to ceiling brick walls throughout, this incredible loft can comfortably accommodate 8 overnight guests.
