Welcome to our small studio (ground floor) located at the entrance to the Gulf of Morbihan, 15 minutes from the beaches, 10 minutes from Vannes. The studio (1 km from the shops) consists of a kitchen area on the ground floor, a shower in a 10 m² space, upstairs a 13 m² bedroom with a shabby chic cocooning atmosphere with a double bed, a wardrobe. This studio is attached to our house. Located in the countryside in a peaceful area, it is 5 minutes from the village (supermarket and all shops), 10 minutes from Vannes and 20 minutes from the beaches and the Gulf of Morbihan. We welcome you to our fully equipped 20 m2 studio for a pleasant stay in the municipality of Saint-Avé located at the entrance to the gates of Vannes. It is equipped with a small kitchen, a living/bedroom area, and a bathroom with toilet. A private terrace and a small garden are attached to this studio.

One bedroom is upstairs in a wooden outbuilding next to our house. The housing has a second bedroom on the ground floor. So we can accommodate up to 4 people. The entrance is private. The place is very quiet and close to all amenities (500 meters walk from the city center).
