The building is situated next to the forest, where you can make wonderful hikes. There are three lakes in the nearest surroundings where you can do all kinds of watersports. Velden am Wörhtersee has a lot to offer: shops, restaurants, terraces and a casino. Italy and Slovenia reachable in 30 minutes by car. You will never get bored.

Der private Seezugang und die eigene Badebucht befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Weg ist an einem Apfelgarten und Blumenwiesen gelegen, der See ist in ca 200 metern fußläufig erreichbar. Die modernen Holz Bungalows sind direkt am Drauradweg gelegen, ein Highlight für Radsportbegeisterte.
