The Rhine is a 10-15 minute walk Parking is available right by the apartment Bus connection in approx. 150 m The apartment is located in a new build area. Our house is ready. But there may be construction noise from time to time. (adjacent houses) Outdoor area is not yet completed and will be gradually being laid out in summer / autumn 2019.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a detached house with parking. In order to enjoy the sun, or just to relax, a seating area is available on the lawn in front of the house. And if you feel like activities, such as hiking or cycling, you can start right outside the front door.

The apartment has a large living/bedroom which is extended to the south side with a terrace. The entrance, access to the terrace and the bathroom are at ground level and therefore also suitable for people with walking difficulties. The toilet seat is also elevated and the shower has no step.

Looking further downward the wineyards you will see the small lake of Nussbaumen, and further on, on clear days, you will see the the peaks of the alps from Säntis until the Eiger, Mönch and Jungfrau which are nearly 200 km away.
