Our stay at this beautiful home on Gladewater Lake was nothing short of perfect! The house is spacious, well-appointed, and packed with great amenities—pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, fire pit, and a fantastic game room. The setting is peaceful, making it ideal for a relaxing getaway. But what truly made our stay exceptional was Nancy, the host. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and her kindness and hospitality made us feel right at home. If you’re looking for a five-star stay with a top-notch host, this is the place!

The place was amazing as described and the house was extremely clean and well decorated with all high-end decors. The sunroom was amazing with the lake views. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The host Lisa is very sweet she was very instant in replying back. And the manager Alisha was also very friendly and very nice. Looking forward to booking this place again in the near future.

We absolutely loved our stay! The house and views were incredible. We loved being able to duck watch in the mornings and enjoy the sunsets over the lake. 10 out of 10!

I can’t say more incredible things about Grease Palace!!!! This house was the best house I have ever stayed in through Airbnb! From every detail to how spotless this house is I HIGHLY recommend staying here! My self and guests were blown away with the kitchen appliances and outdoor accommodations being right on the lake to the pool/hotub fireplace and outdoor tv! I couldn’t have dreamed of a more perfect place to celebrate my bachelorette party and will truly be forever greatful to Blair and her husband for providing such an incredible experience and so attentive! I’ll always cherish the memories of our stay! Thank you so much!!!! xo

Holley, was phenomenal! My wife and I got just what we needed from this home and some. Not only did she offer to meet us upon arrival, she was always a available. The house was very clean and organized. We will definitely be staying here again.

Sam's Place was more than expected! We felt safe, comfortable and very welcome in his home. We could not picked a better home to stay in for our trip. Beautiful and clean. Peaceful and homey. Although we didn't need much more than we brought - There was plenty of extra available of items like paper towels, toilet paper, soaps, spices, etc. We slept wonderfully on the beds and very much enjoyed our time in the enclosed patio. We could hear the birds and enjoy the cool breeze in the evening. Sam's Place will always be at the top of our list for our next trip back to this area.

Great place to stay. Not our first time and won’t be the last. Host is extremely responsive and easy to work with. We’ll be back.

2nd time staying here but in a different house. (The corn crib) We absolutely love coming here. It’s just so peaceful and a perfect place to unwind and relax. The property is beautiful and we love the rustic old feel that really brings us back in time. Such a great place!

We stayed for two nights, the home was lovely and unique. There was a beautiful view of the lake upstairs and downstairs. The host was really responsive and gave clear instructions. We'd definitely stay again!

It was a beautiful place and my partner and I enjoyed the area so much. We loved looking at the picture books they had of them building the cabin and all the personal details. Listening to the birds in the morning was one of the highlights of our stay. So cozy and comfortable!

My 3 daughters and I had an incredible time! The cabin was actually even more beautiful and charming than the pictures make it out to be! I loved the personal touches throughout and how Cheryl and Randy greet you when you arrive and give you a tour of the property and all the amazing amenities you can take advantage of during your stay - from the chapel, to the workout room, to the library/movie room, and more! The farm fresh breakfast on Cheryl and Randy's beautiful deck overlooking the pool, pond and nature is A MUST! My girls loved all the farm animals and two VERY friendly farm dogs! I can't wait to go back and experience the other cabins and spend more time with Cheryl and Randy hearing their amazing story!

Second time staying at thus cabin with my wife, we always enjoy how peaceful the surrounding camp grounds are. A/C and space heater provided were excellent for how bipolar Texas weather can be ! Bed was comfy, shower was hot, all and all enjoyed our stay :) Will mention to anyone coming to bring stuff to grill as there is no stove! Microwave, keireg, and toaster are peovided and clean.
