Our highlight: a heated pool, which is used as a hot tub in winter – with distant views over the Alps and proximity to Graz. Whether a relaxation trip or a city vacation, you will find everything your heart desires. The living room offers 2+2 beds (including Comfort sofa). Right next door is the gym, which is used with Schmoltis chalet. Our alpacas are also looking forward to seeing you soon!

The house is situated in a sunny location, with views of the wonderful nature. It is located just 5 km from the A2 in Modriach, in beautiful Western Styria. Absolutely no noise from cars or anything else. Currently there are great tobogganing opportunities! Shopping is available in the village of Edelschrott, 15 km away, or in the village of Hirschegg.

We rent out our cottage, built in 1928 and lovingly restored, which is located on our organic farm about 1 km from the idyllic mountain village of Gasen in Styria. Enjoy the quiet, decelerated atmosphere in our vintage cottage, ideal for 2 to maximum 4 people. Pets are welcome! Bed linens, hand towels and dish towels are provided, Wi-Fi, tourist tax, pellets (heating material) and all operating costs are included!

The apartment consists of a double room, an additional walk-in room with 2 single beds, an anteroom, separate shower and toilet, a fully equipped kitchen and a terrace leading to the garden. It is accessible via a staircase from the parking lot. Breakfast must be pre-ordered separately; it costs €12 per person. The local tax of €2.50 per person must be paid in cash on site.
