Das neu ausgestattete Apartment (86 m2) im Obergeschoss mit großer südseitiger Terrasse besteht aus 3 extra begehbaren Schlafzimmern, einem großen Aufenthaltsraum, Küche mit Geschirrspüler, sowie Bad u. WC getrennt. Es besteht zudem die Möglichkeit, Frühstück gegen Aufpreis von € 10,- p.P. serviert zu bekommen. Parkplatz vorhanden. Das Haus liegt 150 m vom Ortszentrum und 2 km von der Autobahnabfahrt A9 Ausfahrt Übelbach entfernt. Ortstaxe € 2,50 pro Person ist vor Ort in bar zu bezahlen.

It has a hallway with a wardrobe, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and an adjoining living area with a sofa, for a third person or child. The beautiful, newly renovated in June 2025, ~50 m² apartment is the perfect base for a stay in Graz. Located right in the center, you can reach the main square as well as the hip Lendplatz in 5 minutes on foot. Apartment is fully equipped. The tram and bus stop are 2 minutes away, and in 10 minutes you can be at the main train station. In the middle of life, yet the accommodation is quietly located and invites you to live and/or work.

Cosy Cottage in the mountains

The Troadkasten is an old granary, a traditionally built house, which we have lovingly transformed into a cozy chalet. The cottage is located directly on our organic mountain farm at 1100 m above sea level and can accommodate up to 6 people. Your retreat for a quiet break or starting point for hikes and excursions in the Almenland Nature Park in Styria. Dogs are welcome. Chickens, cats and farm dog Luna run freely around the farm.

Semriach Gastkeusche Höss Alpine Lodge

The „Traumblick“-room is equipped with a double bed and a single bed and offers accomodation for 3 people. A couch on which you can chill and watch TV can be found in the hall. It can be expanded to a bed for up to 2 people. Bed linen is included in the price. The vaulted bathroom is equipped with a shower, a wash basin, a toilet, a hair dryer and towels. The parlor which is made from solid wood, is perfect for spending time together.

Chalet at the organic farm - Styria

We rent out our cottage, built in 1928 and lovingly restored, which is located on our organic farm about 1 km from the idyllic mountain village of Gasen in Styria. Enjoy the quiet, decelerated atmosphere in our vintage cottage, ideal for 2 to maximum 4 people. Pets are welcome! Bed linens, hand towels and dish towels are provided, Wi-Fi, tourist tax, pellets (heating material) and all operating costs are included!

Waldhütte KOSAK | Secluded location on the Alm

Spend an unforgettable time in the secluded, wild and romantic forest hut KOSAK, located at about 1,300 m above sea level, just a short drive via a private forest road from Trofaiach. In the cozy farmhouse parlor, a table stove awaits you, providing cozy warmth. A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor with 4 futon beds. 👉 Our Kosak forest hut has been expanded: Since May 2025 with shower & toilet!

The 63 m² ROADSTER apartment from our top category has two bedrooms, each with a box spring bed and a spacious living area. It can accommodate four people and also has a balcony. In addition, there is a swimming pond right next door for free use. A carport parking space can be used depending on availability.
