Homey Cottage with Glacier View

Our homey mountain retreat used to be my grandparents' place and has been completely renovated just recently. We wanted to preserve the snug and cosy traditional atmosphere with a combination of traditional furniture and a more modern almost minimalistic kind of interior. We kept parts of the traditional furniture and a beautiful collection of my granddad's handcarved portraits on the ground floor and combined it with bright wood and white on the first floor to leaven the atmosphere.

The old mill in beautiful nature overlooking the mountains has been lovingly renovated and has comfortable space for 6 with its 120 sqm of living space. The house is quiet and alone and has a fully sunny, invisible terrace and a wildly romantic garden by the creek. On the ground floor there is a well-equipped country house kitchen, living room with fireplace, large dining table, cozy large sofa and TV corner. A total of 5 bedrooms and bathroom, as well as sauna and shower.

Haus Eggergütl - Dream view of the Watzmann

At home during the holidays. You can feel this in the "Eggergütl," which belongs to the mountaineering village of Ramsau. It is located at 1,000 m on a southern slope - with magnificent views of the impressive mountains of the Berchtesgaden region. You have the whole house (100 square meters) and the garden to yourself. So you can make yourself really comfortable in the deck chair on the balcony and 2 terraces. A special feature is the bedroom with large panoramic window.

The alpine hut offers a fantastic accommodation in the Salzburg Pinzgau, nestled and surrounded by 🏔 mountains, meadows and forests, the hut🌲 stands alone at about 1000 m. The chalet is directly accessible by car. Parking is included. From here, you can enjoy many hiking tours, mountain bike tours, climbing opportunities, rafting, thermal baths and numerous excursion destinations with family or friends. Unfortunately, the connection to public transport is poor. Hikes and bike tours can be taken directly from the apartment.
