Es war ein durchaus gelungener Aufenthalt. Uns hat es sehr gefallen. Gerne wieder 😊

Ein wunderschönes Haus, das wie auf den Bildern, unsere Wünsche voll erfüllt hat. Durch die strategisch gute Lage gibt es eine Vielfalt an Möglichkeiten für Unternehmungen. Lisa hatte hierzu auch tolle Tipps (auch für Restaurants) hinterlegt. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal bei Nathalie und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles sauber und sehr individuell eingerichtet. Jedesmal gibt es etwas Neues zu entdecken. Da wir jedesmal im Winter da waren, kamen wir noch nicht in den Genuss den schönen Garten und die tolle Terrasse zu nutzen. Es ist alles da, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Das Haus liegt zentral und alles ist fussläufig zu erreichen (Bahnhof, Zentrum, Restaurants, Bäcker...). Nathalie ist die Herzlichkeit in Person. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

alles war super! allerdings haben wir bei der Buchung schon direkt bezahlt ohne dass man es bestätigen könnte und eine kostenlose Stornierung war nicht mehr möglich. dies hätte man vorher ankündigen können. die Möbel sind ein wenig alt und duschgel war auch nicht da. die Küche ist dafür gut ausgestattet. die Umgebung ist wunderschön und sehr ruhig und wir haben uns sehr wohl in der Unterkunft gefühlt. die Dorfbewohner waren auch sehr herzlich.

Unser Aufenthalt war rundum perfekt. Das Haus ist großzügig und gemütlich eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Betten sind außergewöhnlich bequem und garantieren erholsamen Schlaf. Die Lage ist ideal – ruhig gelegen und dennoch nur etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuß vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Really happy with our stay. Communication with the host was great. The house was beautiful, magical and clean. It had some interesting and vintage furniture and collector’s items, which made it very special. It had everything to cook, also clean towels, etc. The location was really great too - close enough to the center but located in a peaceful residential neighborhood with a really good bakery nearby. Thank you very much to the host! 😊

My son and I stayed in this apartment for 4 days while swinging through Munich. The host was incredibly responsive, and provided us with excellent local restaurant recommendations. This listing was specifically for the top two floors of the large home, and the lower floors are always vacant, so we had the place to ourselves and it was quite private. The kitchen had sufficient pots/pans/cutlery, and the cupboards had sufficient stock (salt/pepper/coffee). This weather was rainy while we stayed, but the outdoor deck looked like a great resource. One small thing to be aware of is that the main floor bedroom is a "walkthrough", in the sense that you have to walk through it to access the apartment bathroom. But for families this works just fine!

Alexander’s home was the ideal spot for our group to relax and venture out into the city. The location right next to the U6 was the most convenient of any place we have stayed! Communication with Alexander was wonderful, and the home was clean and stocked with linens on arrival. Only note was the room with the largest bed is off the kitchen in an open concept style which was a bit unexpected. We would be happy to return!

Wir waren für einen Mädelsurlaub im schönen Waschhaus in Grassau. Der Ort ist total niedlich und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Standort ist ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen vor Ort, aber auch Tagesausflüge zum Königssee oder Tegernsee sind innerhalb einer Autofahrstunde erreichbar. Der Chiemsee ist "nebenan" und auch dort gibt es reichlich Möglichkeiten. Das Haus war super schön eingerichtet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

I had been eyeing this Airbnb since winter, when I saw its lovely Christmas decorations in the listing photos. The host clearly puts a lot of thought into the place, and it seems like the decor changes with the seasons. This time, we stayed here as a stopover during our hiking trip to the Alps, and it was a great experience. The location is perfect—conveniently situated between Munich and the Alps. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive—always happy to help with anything we needed. We were also warmly welcomed with a thoughtful gift, which made us feel truly cared for. It’s a cozy and well-equipped space, ideal for families or small groups. We’ll definitely be coming back again!

Our family holiday started in Rust, Germany and ended in Munich, we enjoyed our holiday in Germany and this was a great location if you’re looking to travel around the City!

We stayed here with our family of 12 people ages 5-82 and had an absolutely wonderful time. The house is beautiful and the town of Garmisch is fantastic. Tons to do, absolutely stunning location, easily walkable to a million things. We hope to be back.

Wir als große Familie haben uns in Ulrichs Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet mit einer hochwertigen Küche und modernen Bädern. Es gibt überall drinnen und draußen gemütliche Sitzmöglichkeiten und einen schönen Garten mit Tischtennisplatte. Ulrich hat uns mit vielen Tipps und Materialien versorgt und sich zusätzlich um unsere besonderen Bedürfnisse gekümmert. Wir danken herzlich dafür und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Vielen Dank für die schöne Unterkunft. Wir waren mittlerweile das 2. mal zu Gast und fühlten uns wieder sehr wohl. Wunderschöne idyllische Lage, super Ausgangspunkt für sämtliche Aktivitäten und Ausflüge, perfekt zum abschalten. Sehr grosses gepflegtes Grundstück, welches sich gerade mit Hund super anbietet, da ringsherum eingezäunt.

Unser Aufenthalt über die Osterfeiertage in dem Haus war super. Wir waren 8 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder, die super viel Platz hatten zum spielen und toben. Auch der angrenzende Wald bietet gute Möglichkeit für Spaziergänge. Es war alles vorhanden was wir benötigt haben und auch die Ausstattung der Küche war top. Immer wieder gerne!

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Nicholas’s house. The countryside is beautiful and there are totally stunning views of the mountains from the back of the house. We also enjoyed the pool and sauna very much, and my nephew enjoyed saying hello to the chickens. The bedrooms were generously sized and very comfortably furnished. The kitchen was well equipped and washing machine room was essential and very welcome for our family after muddy walks. It was great how close a few walking trails were to the lake and across the moor, and the town is walkable too, with a good selection of a few local shops and larger supermarket for groceries. Even on the rainy days, the house was a very peaceful place to spend time and the large smart tv and games cupboard was a blessing for adults and toddler alike. Special thanks to the caretakers who helped make our stay especially comfortable with thoughtful recommendations and guidance when we needed it about the house.

Прекрасный дом в прекрасном месте. Совет для путешественников: Точно следовать правилам дома и наличие ТС обязательно, т.к. дом расположен удаленно от магазина и озера. Очень хорошие хозяева, с Киарой были разрешены все проблемы лучшим образом. Обязательно внимательно читайте правила в ваучере и вам обеспечен райский отдых.

We came and stayed at Madsen’s place for a week while attending Bauma in Munich. The place was fantastic! It was very clean and had plenty of room. It is a short walk away from a grocery store and several good places to eat. The train station is about a 15 to 20 minute walk based upon pace but it is in a very quiet and safe area. We will definitely stay here again in the future when we comeback to Munich. Thank you Madsen for being such an excellent host.
