Vacation rentals with beach access in Valentia Island

We had a very nice time during our stay! The space was even bigger than it seemed in the pictures, and the bed and couches were so comfortable. There was everything we needed in the kitchen and the shower was nice and hot. It was very easy to find, and so conveniently located off of the Ring of Kerry, and just minutes away from Cahersiveen town. We could hear the dogs barking a bit throughout our stay, but the property was really lovely and we loved the view and seeing the ducks running around.

We had an incredible stay at Angela’s beautiful home! From the moment we arrived, she made us feel so welcome and comfortable. Her home is stunning, with a breathtaking view of the mountains in Ireland. The kids absolutely adored her dog, Fluffy, and her pony, Symba — they spent hours playing and feeding them. Angela went above and beyond to make our stay extra special, offering thoughtful recommendations like a local bakery for a delicious cake, carrots to feed the pony, and even having cheese, crackers, and wine waiting for us when we arrived. My boys were thrilled with the field, where they spent so much time playing on the zip line and kicking around a soccer ball. Angela’s warmth and the special touches she provided made our stay unforgettable and truly made our family feel so warm and welcomed. The memories we made here will stay with us for a lifetime! I stayed at Brian's place for six weeks and was looking for peace and quite so I could read and reflect. I also like walking, particularly in wilderness areas. The location, being just outside Killarney was perfect. The flat was private and the Killarney National Park, which is extensive, was only a short drive away. I also used this accommodation as a base for visiting other places: Ring of Kerry, Dingle, Tralee and Cork, which were not that far away. The trains are great, and I used them to travel to Tralee and Cork. The flat itself was ideal with bedroom, kitchen-sitting room and bathroom, which had all the necessary things. Heating, internet and TV were excellent. Brian and his wife were very accommodating and responded quickly to any questions I had. At the same time, they respected my privacy. I had a wonderful stay there and highly recommend to others.

I hate the review I just did, as now everyone will know how good it is, and it will become more difficult to stay there in the future. Tessa is the best hostess we have stayed with.. The best recommendation we can give is that we will be staying with Tessa again.

I absolutely loved this place - it has an incredible energy and a truly peaceful atmosphere. It’s private, cozy, and both the kitchen and bathroom are very comfortable and well-equipped. What touched me most was the level of hospitality. Ken is an exceptionally thoughtful and friendly host. When I had an unexpected issue with my car, he went out of his way to help me. Highly recommend this stay — a perfect blend of comfort and tranquility.

It is a very beautiful house. Large space, fantastic views, cozy and clean. It is a perfect place to stay. Breege is a very friendly host. Unfortunately, we can only stay one night in this house because of our limited time of travel. Next time, I’ll make sure to have enough time to stay there for several days.

The home was beautiful and very comfortable. Views from the balcony and windows were enough to never want to leave! Mary was also extremely friendly and even has a wonderful book of local recommendations, wish we had time for night kayaking! Will definitely be back someday, thank you Mary!!

Fantastic location and view. The property was very clean and well set up. Great for simply enjoying the immediate surroundings as well as a base for exploring the wider area.

We comfortably fit 10 adults here for a family trip to Dingle while my partner and I ran the Dingle Marathon! The house itself is beautiful and clean, and each room has its own bathroom which made it even more comfortable. Also, the surrounding area is gorgeous and so peaceful. Its about a 20 min drive to Dingle but the drive is amazing through Conor Pass! Great memories were made here and we would all love to come back again!

Cannot say enough about Gretta as a host. Amazing. The cottage was just lovely. Very cosy and had everything you would need. Just off the Ring of Kerry so peaceful and yet all of the local attractions are easy to access. We did the Ring one day and the Dingle peninsula the next.

We had an amazing stay! Our first trip with our 7 month old and my siblings. The house is absolutely beautiful—full of cosy nooks a stunning fire, and incredible views over the Dingle Peninsula. The hot tub and sauna were such a treat, perfect for unwinding. The location is ideal for relaxing in peace and quiet, but still just 10 minutes from everything Dingle and the surrounds has to offer The host was incredibly kind and responsive throughout. They have thought of everything even a great supply of beach towels most welcome post beach walks and sauna, a highchair for the baby etc . Couldn’t recommend it more!😀

Thank you James for a wonderful stay in your beautiful home . We loved our vacation in Glenbeigh . I loved that we could walk to town right from the house . We also spent time at the beach , at the wonderful local bakery and the pub on the corner . I would stay again if I had the chance to !

We had a lovely stay at the home of Geraldine and her family. The house is very spacious with a nice garden, and it is fantastically located directly on the beach and with a very nice view to all sides. It's a perfect base for trips, but for our kids, meeting the calves on the farm was the highlight of our vacation. We would definitely recommend this place!

Mary’s place was lovely and as described. It was perfect for our needs. A great place for us to stay between our stops to Dingle and Killarney. Would definitely recommend.

It was a pleasure staying at Eileen and Johns place. Greeted by John on arrival and he showed us around the place with great stories of their lives. We felt so comfortable straight away and knew we could contact them if needed. The place was very clean with great accessibility to the town. Would definitely stay again if we are ever back in Dingle!

Anna's apartment was in a lovely location ideal for touring the mizen and beara pennisulas in west cork. Its a short spin from Bantry where there are lots of shops and places to eat and drink. The accommodation was spotless and had everything we needed. Anna was very quick to respond to any queries we had and check in was hassle free. Anna had some delicous scones waiting for us on arrival which went down a treat after a long trip from Mayo. West Cork is a beautiful part of Ireland. Would love to come back.

We had a really nice time staying in the Cille apartments. Bríd was helpful and gave clear instructions. Apartment itself was clean and the bedroom was bright and had plenty room for storage. Nice location with dingle only a quick spin away.

We had such a wonderful stay in Kathleen and Niall’s place. It’s so central and just perfect for our lovely weekend in Dingle. We had our 1 year old with us and the apartment was just perfectly located as well as being perfect for our family. Kathleen also put a cot up for us which was a lifesaver as travelling with a baby means loads of bags and this helped us massively. I can’t recommend this gem of an apartment and hosts enough. We’ll definitely be back

Lovely, clean, well-stocked apartment in a great location, only a short walk to Smerwick Harbour! Beautiful views. Nell and Robert were excellent hosts and set us up well for a comfortable stay. We liked sitting outside at the picnic table and chairs, the WiFi was fast and reliable, and the air fryer made cooking meals a breeze. We spent a week and a half and we wish we could have stayed longer since there is just so much to do and see in the area. What an amazing place 🥰
