Very available owner for any need, optimal location for both scenic beauty and travel, in addition if hiking enthusiasts there are an reckless number of trails in the surrounding area. The apartment is very nice and tidy, it has everything you need to stay in peace, and the entire kitchen has new dishes and appliances. Finally, the internal parking is very convenient. Highly recommended

We stayed in October and as a family of 4 it was perfect. Absolutely stunning location, quiet, on the lake but can walk into Salo in 25mins ( even with children as lovely board walk most of the way) Host at the property was so fabulous and allowed us the check in early and found us more pillows. It’s a stunning property and swimming off the deck every morning and evening was sublime. Absolutely worth the money to stay - breath taking.

Beautiful place, exactly as in the photos. Everything is very clean, tidy, well-stocked (from the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms), modern (the jacuzzi and radio system in all the rooms of the house are a gem). Not to mention the view, stunning! Communication with Maria Lis was very responsive and kind, as was Daniela, the girl who welcomed us on arrival. Both are always ready to meet our every need and resolve any issues. We had a great time totally relaxing. Worth a stay, we'll definitely be back!

What can I say, except exceptional. A little gem of an apartment with amazing lake views and all the amenities that you could want. Pristine clean and comfortable we have loved our stay and we were sorry to leave! The ceiling at the toilet area is low, but hey unless you spend all day in the toilet it’s not a big problem! We would not hesitate to book this apartment again. The town is a nice 1.5km walk along the lake beach to the local shops and supermarkets where you can also have a lovely lake side lunch. The hot tub on evening with a drink was a huge plus and we were lucky enough to have great weather to use the bbq With meat from the local butchers which was just delicious! Thank you we hope to see you again in the future!

Absolutely charming villa next to Lago de Iseo! Cozy and large apartment with all the amenities - just as described. The outdoor area is nothing less than a dream. A garden stacked with olive trees, a roofed BBQ and dining area next to a luxurious pool. Excellent! In addition to that, check in, communication and hospitality are top notch! Thank you for having us! Highly recommended!

We had a perfect stay at Simona's place! The house is fantastically located with a great view. Upon arrival, Simona provided a stocked refrigerator with vegetables from their own garden, eggs, a full fruit bowl and bottles of drinks. The house was perfectly cared for, neatly clean and the beds of good quality. Simona has arranged a tour of Bianzano for us where we were shown around by an enthusiastic guide with a lot of knowledge about local history and architecture. Our boys soon became friends with the Afghan greyhound. The house is a perfect base for the lakes, Bergamo and several walks. We spent a wonderful week of vacation in Bianzano and are very grateful to Simona for her hospitality and care, we would love to come back!

The apartment is the best Airbnb apartment I have stayed in. Truly the most amazing view of the Sondrio and the Valtellina valley. The place is perfect for experiences around the area. Strada del Vino meanders on the hillside between Tirano and Morbengo is definitely recommended. The area spoiled us at the same time as good Italian restaurants and it was easy to find delicious produce and cook at home in the apartment. The apartment was really nice to stay in and we will definitely come again next time we are in Sondrio. Communication was perfect from start to finish and we felt very welcome. We had a great stay! During our five days in San Felice del Benaco the daytime temperature average 30 C and it was sunny non stop, so having the pool and outdoor shower to cool of was of immense value. The house is big and the bathrooms and kitchens are good, we cooked a lot at home and had dinner on the patio so the spaciousness was very helpful. The only issue we had was with mosquitos (a few, not insane numbers, but a few is enough to annoy and bite). There were no mosquito webbing for the patio doors in the bedrooms or windows in the adjacent hallway, so whe had to sleep with these closed, which resulted in quite sweaty nights. With webbing on these (or mosquito nets for each bed à la tropical countries) it would be possible to get a nice draft through the bedrooms at night, which would be a great improvement, Gaspare seems very service minded so I am sure that will be taken care of somehow!
