The vacation home offers two bedrooms (1x with double bed, 1x with bunk bed) on two floors, a spacious and well-equipped kitchen, a living and dining area and a bathroom with shower. On the balcony or on the forecourt in front of the house, you can enjoy the many hours of sunshine with a view of the mountains. The cottage is very centrally located, 100 meters from the village square and the nearest ski bus station.

I and my family also use the apartment ourselves. It is centrally located . Check-in from 3 pm. Check out until 10 am. Free gondola rides. Ski day ticket for CHF 39.00 Children under 16 years free of charge. Ski season pass CHF 399.00. In winter, the free village bus stops right in front of the neighbouring house. The hiking buses are free in summer. You will receive guest cards for the spa. This allows you to enter the spa at a reduced price.

The apartment is located directly on Lake Lucerne. No public path or road lies in between. Balcony with magnificent lake view, private terrace directly on the lake and private lake access. Lucerne is about 40 km away and can be reached by car, bus, train and also by boat. Zurich is about 70 km away. Tourist tax and final cleaning are included in the price.
