Ker Maïan – House close to the sea

Between the Gulf of Morbihan and the Atlantic Ocean, our house is a family landmark. Ideally located in the heart of the village of Saint Gildas de Rhuys, its peaceful location will allow you to do everything on foot or by bike. You will be close to all amenities (60 m from the tourist office, 150 m from the bakery, 500 m from the grocery store and market). Beaches are less than 1 km away. For our comfort and yours, the house and its garden were completely renovated in 2023.

The + quiet garden area with table, chairs, deckchairs, parasol!

Charming apartment of 65 m2 completely renovated, in the center of Vannes, in a quiet street 100 meters from the port. Take advantage of a nice living room open on a beautiful kitchen fully equipped. Two independent bedrooms with 4 beds and a shower room. Beautiful exposure and its comfort assured... In the heart of the city: restaurants, bars, shops are at the foot of the building. The ramparts, the pier for the islands and the market are also accessible on foot.

Enjoy a nicely decorated studio, in the historical and medieval heart of Vannes! It overlooks two inner courtyards, you will be in a quiet place while being in the city center. Ideally located and very convenient, it is perfect for visiting Vannes and enjoying pedestrian streets with half-timbered houses, ramparts, the Cathedral, the Cohue Museum (right next door) or all the shops and restaurants. Everything is done to make it feel like home!

The Lost Hideout, 300 metres from the beach, the port, this atypical small T1 bis, has everything you need to relax as a couple. Mini hammam in shower, 2x seater bathtub (which is replacing the Nordic bath in photo 1) , 5.1 home cinema in the bedroom. *To have a pleasant stay in summer and winter, we lend two bicycles at no extra cost. They are loaned free of charge, and are not part of the rental in case of failure, there is no recourse.
