Farmstay vacation rentals in Varmland County

Antoni is a really nice guy that it was a pleasure to rent from. Rural surroundings. Very font stay and will probably rent here again if I'm going to Sunne.

Helena's place is great. The location in the little hill Rattsjöberg and views are perfect. In 5-10 minutes you can reach a magnificent swimming lake on foot. Around there are many forests where berries and mushrooms can be searched. When darkening, you can also watch moose in the surrounding forest lights. We were two families with a total of three adults and two teenagers and we had enough space in and around the house. It is a perfect idyll to relax, read books and enjoy nature. The house is very tastefully decorated and very convenient to live in. Cooking in the large kitchen is fun and the kitchen equipment allows extensive cooking. We had a perfect holiday (11 nights) - thank you very much, dear Helena! The only downside of the secluded tranquility is that a 20-30 minute drive is necessary for shopping and restaurants. All in all, Helena's house is highly recommended!

Wonderful place in the woods. Incredible silence at night. Watching the animals also was funny. The house is very lovely and cozy (especially the bedroom in the upper floor).

Peaceful and with very nice views in the countryside. Fun with a presentation of the animals on the farm and that you got to look around. Easy to check in/out.

That was the most lovely holiday i had in a lot of years! The cabin is really cosy and the surroundings are just stunning. Most beautiful set up internal and external. A lot of things you can do on the property all very well maintained and all this in the beautiful countryside of the rural sweden. Lakes and a creek are you at the back of the property and directly accesible. And then you have the most lovely landlord Anki helping you whenever you need anything. all i can say is a big Thank you for having the opportunity to enjoy 2 weeks out there.

Hey, Me and my friends had wonderful and relaxing days at Carsten AirBnb. The apartment was clean and tidy, you had everything you needed including enough utensils to cook for 8 people. In particular, the terrace was a dream to have breakfast in the morning with a lake view and then go either to the lake or hike from there. We highly recommend the place and are very happy that we were also allowed to be here as a somewhat younger group.

Our second vacation in Hova was just as nice as our first stay. The chapel impressed us again with its charm. The location just outside Hova is ideal. You are completely undisturbed and at the same time quickly on the highway or in a few minutes at the supermarket in Hova. Victoria responds quickly and is very friendly and helpful. We are looking forward to the next visit!

Perfect surroundings if you are looking for relaxed and quiet accommodation. Even though the location is very isolated, it still offer a great variety of things to see within 30-60 minutes of drive.

It was really beautiful. Great surroundings, fantastic farm, very peaceful and very nice people. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the time very much. Always happy to come back.

Had a fantastic stay! Beautiful cottage on an even more beautiful lake. The owner suggested to go up the lake with a rowboat. What a way for the kids! Highly recommend!

We stayed five nights in Celine's cozy and "typical Swedish" accommodation. We spent our time collecting chanterelles, fishing, with numerous great moose encounters as well as relaxing evenings in front of the fireplace. That's why it wasn't hard for us to leave some comfortable habits and enjoy the luxury of simple things.

We loved staying in this warm, modern and at the same time authentic house, in the middle of nature. Judith was very welcoming and responsive. The bedding is wonderful! There were 6 of us and everyone had room.

This place is a dream. You have an absolute secluded location with cows in front of your door. Bengt is an absolutely good host who takes care of everything and responds to questions immediately. He is super fond of children and fun for everyone. Even if the communication was not always easy (can only speak Swedish), we always understood each other well. All around there are many possibilities of things to do. In the 3 weeks, we didn't have a day where it was boring. So if you like it really quiet but still live centrally, it is a perfect location. We would always book this place again.

Lovely stay at Johanna and Roland's farm, loved every second of it. Very peaceful and quiet. Beautiful starry sky at night due to lack of light pollution. Perfect getaway for us since we live in the city and needed a break at the countryside just soaking in nature. A very simple and cosy cottage with the cutest goats as neighbors.

We enjoyed our stay at Fredrik’s place in Värmland. The house was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The beds were awesome (we slept great!), the shower had great water pressure and the kitchen had all we needed. We loved the historic nature of the house, examining its architecture, contemplating its past and admiring some of the antiques in the home. We used the grill and relaxed on the patio. The area is so beautiful and we enjoyed lake swimming, visiting Mårbacka and Sunne and picking mushrooms and blueberries in the woods behind the house. While the house is on the main road, trees shelter the house and we did not find the traffic to be that frequent or loud. We would recommend this home!

Great environment and super nice host!

We had a fantastic couple of days at Dag's old farmhouse! The place was extremely cozy and authentic, but the kitchen and bathroom was modern and well equipped for cooking a feast. The surrounding were very beautiful and inviting, highland cows practically in your backyard and breathtaking wildflowers everywhere.

We stayed 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) in Simon and Björn's cozy house and really enjoyed it! Some issues that were out of the hosts' control but like they went out of their way to resolve in the best way. We enjoyed the secluded location, the tranquility of the forest and of course the pool. Since the weather was not always on top, it was nice to be able to start a fire in the stove and play some games with the kids. We are looking forward to come back next summer!

We had a great week in this lovely house. There is a good mix of Swedish vintage decor mixed with a little new, and very cozy!! The decor makes a huge difference in the stay. The nature around is great and if you have children, they can play around. We recommend this super place and would like to come back myself!
