You will stay in your own 26 sqm cottage with a 12 sqm loft and your own wood-fired hot tub that fits 6 people. A 160 cm bed on the ground floor and 2 90 cm beds in the loft. Large terrace with private barbecue. 40 km to Karlstad & 25 km to Kristinehamn. Firewood & cleaning is included in the price. You can book 4 beds in the cottage next door if you are more than 4 people. Bed linens & bath towels can be rented for SEK 130/person

In Lekvattnet's wilderness, Villa Granhede is in a wonderful location with its own lake plot and dock at Lekvattnetsjön. Here you can bathe in a wood-fired hot tub and light a fire in the fire pit right down by the lake. Fish by the house or in one of Lekvattnet's fish-rich lakes! Hike the 7 Torpsleden trail, about 10 km from the cottage. Go sledding directly on the property, ice skating or ice fishing in the winter! Ski on illuminated ski slopes just a few kilometers from the house. And there are miles of snowmobile trails around the corner!

Charcoal grill is available to borrow for barbecue evenings that you can spend on a lovely deck with lake view. The house has a larger bedroom with a double bed and a smaller bedroom with a bunk bed with a larger bed at the bottom. In the loft, there is a regular bed as well as a comfortable mattress on the floor. A/C is available for hot days.

The decor is typically eighth century renovation with a lot of pine, but everything you need for a few quiet holiday days is available. This home is great for those who want to take it easy and have a different priority than luxurious comfort. The days may be spent in the forest and nature, or with the canoe that is available in the lake. Once home, you might light the wood stove and let your thoughts hike over the day's events.

Stora möjligheter till cykel och vandring i skog och natur. Det är långt till närmaste hus så ni är mitt ute i naturen. 10 km till närmaste affär.

Welcome to our house on the countryside! The house is located in a cape, on a hill, with fields and coppice surrounding it. The house is fully equipped and has a high-speed wi-fi. Inside you can enjoy a sparkling fire, there are free firewood in a shed behind the house. Outside you can sit on the veranda or take a walk in the surroundings with deep woods and hiking paths. If you want to experience the lake you can borrow two canoes for free during your stay.

Huset ligger i gårdsmiljö och är en av två flyglar. Till huset hör även en privat anlagd strand och brygga. I huset finns tvättmaskin, diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, kyl, frys och en grill för härliga utekvällar på terassen. Vi har två kajaker och en roddbåt som kan hyras för 200kr styck eller 500 för alla per dag. Vi respekterar er privatspfär men står gärna till hjãlp. Vi pratar svenska, engelska och tyska.
