15 minutes from Karlstad is our guesthouse overlooking sheep meadows and the lake Alstern. With socializing in front of the fire or on the terrace in the evening sun, the holiday gets a lovely golden edge. It is a perfect starting point for those who like to be out in nature or want to visit Karlstad. We have a lot of great tips to share with you for those who wish. In nearby Lake Gapern we have a sauna raft that can be rented at the same time on request.

Huset ligger i gårdsmiljö och är en av två flyglar. Till huset hör även en privat anlagd strand och brygga. I huset finns tvättmaskin, diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, kyl, frys och en grill för härliga utekvällar på terassen. Vi har två kajaker och en roddbåt som kan hyras för 200kr styck eller 500 för alla per dag. Vi respekterar er privatspfär men står gärna till hjãlp. Vi pratar svenska, engelska och tyska. Ob es hier im Winter, wenn die Eisschollen den Fluß hinunter treiben am schönsten ist, oder im Sommer, wenn Sie Ihren eigenen feinsandigen Badestrand geniessen und mit einem Boot eine Flussfahrt unternehmen , entscheiden Sie selbst! Das 2018 erbaute Haus ist unter modernen Aspekten winterfest erbaut worden. Ein Brunnen mit Trinkwasserqualität ist hier selbstverständlich. Zum Haus gehört ebenso das eigene Fischereirecht!
