Very nice newly renovated single-story house with all amenities in a rural location, 30 km from Karlstad. In the forest next to the house there are berries and mushrooms. In Molkom 10 minutes away there is a shop, pharmacy, etc. In the beautiful surroundings there is a lot of things to discover! Nature reserves, wonderful forests with nice hiking trails. Lakes with good fishing opportunities all year round. From the house it is about 350 meters down to Lake Västra Örten with a nice beach.

If you enjoy hiking, a trip up to Skallastugan is recommended up on the mountain, to see the beautiful nature.
