Guesthouse vacation rentals in Venice

Ottima esperienza nel cuore di Venezia in una zona tranquilla e a due passi dal Ponte di Rialto e Piazza San Marco! L'accoglienza con tanti preziosi consigli è stata eccellente e la stanza, pulita ordinata e confortevole è stata la degna ricompensa della caccia all'Alloggio dopo esserci perse nelle Calle Veneziane (sarebbe bastato seguire la Strada Nova e saremmo arrivate in 20 minuti da Piazzale Roma)... ma anche questo è il bello di Venezia!

I had a wonderful stay at this place! The space was comfortable and well-maintained. The host was incredibly helpful, providing recommendations. The check-in and check-out instructions were very clear, which made the whole process smooth and easy. Highly recommend staying here

This was a perfect stay for us! Great area!! Super close to the ferry Ca D’Oro which made it easy to get to the Airbnb from the bus station. Apartment was small but enough for a trip to Venice. Price was great compared to similar comparable options (all places are expensive in Venice, so we were happy to find this place)! Bjorn was responsive and gave us lots of tips and advice. AC worked (although we only needed it briefly as the place stayed nice and cool despite it being 24 degrees out). Wifi gave us troubles as it’s a pocket wifi so we had to use our phone data a few times but not the end of the world - we were there for the city anyway, not the internet. TV has mainly Italian channels so we watched some music videos when the internet wasn’t great. Overall… Definitely recommend.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un gîte propre et bien entretenu. Hôte réactif qui donne des informations importantes, à lire absolument surtout pour l’arrivée. Très bien placé pour visiter Venise. Proche de l’arrêt de Vaporetto de San Marcuelo et à 10 minutes de Piazzale Roma. Je recommande vivement.

clean, functional room with nice en-suite toilet. take note that it is a guest room so the kitchen is shared and the room is moderately sized. the housekeeper was lovely, and marco was very responsive and helpful. great location as well for exploring venice. not the easiest to find but marco was there when we arrived.

Nice little place. Shared amenities, everything super clean and tidy. A great option for Marco Polo airport “stays”. Many thanks to the host for being super responsive and booking my stay literally the last minute.

El alojamiento es muy bonito y limpio, fue muy agradable. Nos recibieron muy bien y el hijo de Barbara habla inglés y pudo comunicarse muy bien con nosotros. La trato Roa estaba cerrada cuando llegamos a las 9:00. Lo único que podría observar es que al llegar en la noche nos pareció un poco alejado desde la estación de tren. Pero es un bonito lugar, es un vecindario muy pacífico.
