Vacation rentals with a pool in Venice

Das Haus ist wunderschön , sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es bietet den versprochenen Platz mit einer guten Einteilung. Jetzt im November war die Heizung wichtig. Das Wlan ist gut, es gibt ausreichend Platz, um auch zu arbeiten. Die Vermieter haben auf Anfrage schnell und kompetent reagiert. Das Haus ist von einem tollen , großen Garten mit großer , überdachter Terrasse umgeben.Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Besser geht es nicht.

I had a fantastic stay at this property ! clean, comfortable, The location was perfect, with easy access to piazzale Roma . What truly made the experience exceptional was the host. They were incredibly helpful, caring, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. From providing local recommendations to checking in to see if everything was okay, their hospitality was top-notch. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a wonderful place to stay with. And thanks to Faina and Family.

We stayed for 3 nights and felt right at home from the off. Tanya and Igor were fantastic hosts, they met us at the property and showed us around as well as being prompt at replying to any queries. The house was beautiful and spotlessly clean. It was the perfect location for us to be able to travel in and out of the centre of Venice. It was a 2 minute walk from the Quarto D’Altino train station which takes you to Venice in around 30 minutes. Unfortunately, there was a train strike on one of the days, but even then a bus into the centre was manageable. There are a few takeaway places, cafes, supermarkets and restaurants in the area if you wanted to remain more local. We had a wonderful time, and would not hesitate to return! Wir hatten zwei sehr schöne Tage bei Adriana und ihrer Familie. Es gibt einen riesigen eingezäunten Garten in dem unser Hund frei laufen konnte, einen Pool und ein wirklich sehr süßes Häuschen - und all das hat man gefühlt für sich alleine, auch wenn Adriana und ihre Family nebenan wohnen. Wir kommen wieder wenn wir in der Gegend sind 🤗

Wir hatten eine wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Mestre & Venedig. Danke der Unterkunft hatten wir einen schönen ruhigen Ort der sich wie Zuhause angefüllt hat. Sowohl Bad, Küche als auch Schlafzimmer hatten eine Top Ausstattung uns hat nix gefehlt! es gab sogar Hygiene Artikel falls man was vergessen hat und auch einen Schrank mit Snacks. Valerio war sehr zuvorkommend & Flexibel er hat schnell und zuverlässig auf unsere Fragen geantwortet und uns im Vorhinein eine top Liste an Restaurants und anderm geschickt, das war sehr hilfreich. Danke für diese toll Unterkunft Wir könne sie sehr empfehlen!

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, sauber und gemütlich – wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Ein kleiner Nachteil war das fehlende Bügeleisen: Obwohl ich zweimal darum gebeten habe, eines bereitzustellen, wurde das leider nicht organisiert. Ein Bügelbrett war vorhanden, aber ohne Bügeleisen leider nicht hilfreich. Außerdem wäre ein Backofen in der Küche praktisch gewesen. Insgesamt aber trotzdem ein angenehmer Aufenthalt!

We enjoyed a great time in the apartment. It’s equipped with everything you may need. The surrounding area with its pool is gorgeous. Communication with Andrea was always perfect! We would love to stay again!

Fantastic place, made lots of use of the free bicycles to get to and from the beach. Was brilliant!

Die Wohnung war für uns ein absoluter Traum. Ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt, auch mit diversen Lebensmitteln. Ugo und Graziella waren tolle Gastgeber. Sie haben uns herzlich in Empfang genommen und waren immer für uns erreichbar. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia in questo casa molto bella, accogliente, pulita e con mobili e accessori di ultima generazione (Tv 65 pollici, WiFi, etc). La casa era anche più grande di quanto si poteva auspicare dalle foto. Due grandi bagni con ampia doccia. Una grande camera matrimoniale con comodo materasso e biancheria calda morbida e pulita. Una cameretta con due ampi letti e comodi spazi, un comodo disimpegno. La cucina è il soggiorno molto funzionali. Un ampio divano dove potersi rilassare con tutta la famiglia. Insomma, ben oltre le aspettative. L’host ha sempre risposto prontamente alle necessità ed è stato estremamente cordiale. È una soluzione che consiglio vivamente per gli ampi spazi, la vicinanza al mare, la piscina (che considerato il mese non abbiamo potuto utilizzare), il parcheggio a pochi passi. Mi auguro di poter tornare presto! Grazie ancora!

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung von Giulia von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Check-In war auch dank der guten Kommunikation sehr einfach. Die Wohnung ist super sauber, ordentlich und es fehlt an nichts. Das Bett war sehr bequem, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Toll ist auch, dass es überall zu öffnende Fliegengitter gibt und Rolladen zum Abdunkeln. Ein toller Ausgangspunkt für Fahrradtouren, der Strand ist gleich um die Ecke und direkt in der Anlage gibt es ein nettes, kleines Café/ Bistro, wo wir am Nachmittag unseren Cappuccino genossen haben. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
