We really enjoyed our weekend with Joseph, a really nice host, left us free snacks when we arrived, greeted us very nicely when we arrived, he gave us some explanations on how everything works and reassured us that if we would need something he was right next door, he didn‘t disturb us any further. The area is also great, if you are used to city life, the peace and quiet is really a luxury there, you don't hear anyone, there is only a fast road next door, which is still not disturbing. The only "negative" thing was that the jacuzzi had to be paid an additional 70€, but was well heated on arrival. In case of problems or anything else, he was online relatively quickly and responded. Perfect for switching off.

We stayed for one week at Muriel & Olivier’s house with three families, a total of 6 adults and 7 children. The photos in the listing are accurate, and I can fully agree with all the positive reviews shared by other guests. Muriel and Olivier are incredibly welcoming, respond quickly, and go the extra mile to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. On our first day we arrived on a public holiday, and all supermarkets were closed. Although we had planned ahead, we had forgotten to bring rice and pasta. A quick phone call to the hosts, and just 10 minutes later they showed up with a bag of rice and pasta. they literally saved our dinner! We experienced an issue with the hot water in two of the bathrooms due to a faulty boiler part. Olivier managed to fix it the same day we reported it, which involved quite a bit of effort on his part, we really appreciated his quick and determined help. Good to know: you can slowcharge your electric car at the house and there are 4 toilets present.

Great big, expansive house. We were there with a large family. The younger ones were able to play upstairs and the older ones still felt undisturbed downstairs. Kitchen amenities were amazing! A garlic press would still be nice. Overall, the house was very nicely decorated. Great location in nature, but also close to town. The pool was actually nice and warm! For our children who freeze quickly, a dream! Even in cold weather we were able to jump into the water. It's been a great time! Many thanks to the hosts! We will be happy to come back!

We had a wonderful experience staying at Sarah’s Airbnb. She provided clear and detailed instructions before our arrival, which made check-in smooth and hassle-free. The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as shown in the photos. Our family truly enjoyed the stay, from the comfortable beds to the peaceful surroundings, everything was just perfect. We especially appreciated how well-equipped and thoughtfully prepared the home was. We loved our time here and would definitely return!

Charming little house a few minutes drive from the center of Rethel, clean, equipped, quiet. Alisone and Corentin were very responsive to a small coffee maker outage, and also gave us great advice in restaurants and outdoor activities. Perfect! We strongly recommend!

As a family of 4, we enjoyed Stephanie's spacious home. The house was very private and had a lovely large garden. The pétanque field, the ping pong table and the great jacuzzi were a great added value. The village of Semide is very quiet in the countryside. The surroundings include rolling fields. Stephanie welcomed us warmly and always responds very quickly to messages. She lives next to the house herself but has a great respect for your privacy. Thank you Stephanie for a wonderful week!

And the lovely garden and much more!! We were there for 3 nights but this place is really suitable for longer periods of time. The reception is very warm. I can recommend this house to anyone

Alice and her family's house is very original and it feels like a bit like home. The small garden allowed us to enjoy the sun in complete tranquility. The house is much bigger in real life than you can imagine in the photos! Thank you for a very pleasant stay!

Fantastic stay in the French countryside, just outside the champagne region. The house is very spacious and has a pleasant and well equipped kitchen. The house has been nicely refurbished and has a pleasant holiday atmosphere, wonderful to relax in if the weather is a little less good, for example. The jacuzzi outside is lovely at the end of the day. Hopefully, we'll come back. It is good to know that the bathroom and toilet on the ground floor, while the bedrooms upstairs can be a bit impractical if you have difficulty walking or have small children, for example.

Great stay at this gite! We particularly enjoyed the space, it was really nice and perfect for hosting babies. Before our stay, we asked for details about available appliances and got a brand new raclette machine!! We would highly recommend this place!

We had a lovely short stay at Charline's. The house is very nice and perfect for two couples; the bedrooms are really at the end of each other. The kitchen is well equipped. Her mom's welcome went very well, and we thank you for the kind attention upon arrival. We'll be happy to go back!

Very well equipped cottage, designed to facilitate the stay (vacuum cleaner on all floors, hair dryer in each bathroom...). Dishes are in sufficient quantity and dishes/pots have a size that matches the capacity of the place. The rooms are very spacious. The garden and games for children are an undeniable plus. In conclusion, it is ideal to meet several families, if the opportunity arises, we will happily return to stay there because we were all delighted (3 families with 2 children each)!

We are very satisfied with our stay with Nathalie and François. It is a beautiful and cozy cottage with terrace and fenced garden, located in a very quiet area. Good beds, good shower, house fully equipped with shutters. There is a bakery within walking distance (but was unfortunately on leave when we were there).
