Was great to stay at Savina’s place. She was an excellent host, very responsive and helpful. We had hired a car and Savina arranged parking across the road for us in the shared underground car park which was helpful, as the property is located about 25 min walk out of the main town. The property is most suited to a family with kids as the second bedroom has two smaller single beds. It’s exactly as described and we loved staying there.

Everything you need to cook for yourself, but also two good restaurants within walking distance. Spacious parking. Great sun terrace under vines. Beautiful views of the valley and the mountains. Card game for evenings. TV, painting stuff for kids. Practically and lovingly furnished. Dishwasher available. In-house wine and sparkling wine to buy.

Very beautiful apartment in a great location. When we checked in, we were met with a very nice host (we didn’t get his name) who showed us around the apartment and gave us great restaurant recommendations. We definietely recommend.

If you want to stay in the heart of Como, this place is ideal. The location is great, about three blocks from the waterfront, surrounded by boutiques, restaurants and cafes. It was easy to get to from the San Giovanni train station, about a 15-minute walk. The unit itself is spacious and very clean, with a nicely updated bathroom. The host was superb, very responsive and communicated very well, and offered all kinds of suggestions for local restaurants and attractions.

An unforgettable stay in a charming place! The interior is clean, bright, and well-furnished: perfect for solo travelers or couples. Equipped with all the necessary appliances, it allowed us to feel at home right away. The garden is beautiful, meticulously maintained, and very quiet: sitting outside to eat or simply read a book made our stay truly enjoyable. It will undoubtedly be our first choice when we return to Lugano! Thanks you Peter and Laurence :)

Extremely proactive and friendly hosting.

We had a really great stay. Gianna's kindness and helpfulness made the experience even more enjoyable. The apartment was well stocked with everything we needed and the panoramic view from the terrace was simply breathtaking.

Giuseppe is a super friendly and helpful host, super nice area, the restaurant next to run by Silvan and Francesca is a top recommendation. Apartment is equipped with everything you need. Kitchen is well equipped even with free salt/sugar/ coffee and tea. The small oven in the living room is the small highlight and promises cozy evenings. Definitely coming back.

Sara's place is a real terrace on the lake! Inside a small private residence, the apartment is a jewel. Very well kept, with a very high attention to detail. The view is breathtaking and the terrace is equipped with everything you need, as well as the house. Sara also made us find fresh fruit, water, and everything we needed for a small breakfast. It was like getting home! Congratulations also on the furniture choices that make everything elegant and welcoming. Great!

Perfect location, 10 minutes from the center of Menaggio and the pier to take the boat to Bellagio and Vernazza. Only downside: the mattress of one of the large beds to change, it sags on one side.

Great place with plenty of space. It had everything we needed. The only downside was the lack of free parking, as all the spots are paid. Otherwise, Richard was an amazing host—super nice, helpful, and responsive!

Beautiful small accommodation with everything you need. The train station, a supermarket, the city center and the lake are within walking distance. Very recommended.

Our stay at Carla’s was fantastic. The property offers a breathtaking view, with the lake, mountains, and sunsets creating a truly unforgettable backdrop. Experiencing it all from the comfort of the balcony made it even more special. The added amenities like the pool and jacuzzi were a perfect touch—super relaxing and just what we needed.

The apartment is simply fantastic, especially the view of the lake. The kitchen as well as the bathroom is fully equipped, you feel like home. The hot tub and sauna are super easy to use – there were clear instructions on notes on site so you didn't have to ask questions or contact anyone. Everything was self-explanatory and uncomplicated, totally pleasant, especially if you just want to have your peace and quiet. It was the same when you checked in. This was also done on instructions and you could practically check yourself in. The organization is great! Thank you for this lovely holiday! We will be happy to come back. From us there are 5/5 stars!!!

Monica's place is wonderful!! The house is not missing detail. It's super well cared for and super clean. Both the bedroom and movie room are super comfortable and the star place is definitely the Jacuzzi with the views of the lake, an ideal place to relax. The only downside that we could say is that the kitchen does not have a hob or oven, so no cooking and access to the house is a path with quite a few curves so it doesn't feel too much to go down to the village below both to shop and eat in restaurants that by the way close very soon 😅 by everything else is great!!! And Monica is a super helpful and friendly host!! We would definitely repeat!!!

Just returned after a long weekend here with our two children. The views at this property were unbelievable and were the absolute highlight of the accomodation. Andrea was incredibly friendly, informative and supportive with any help we required. I would recommend hiring a car if you're staying here, we don't think we'd have managed it with the children and it would have left us feeling isolated. Be aware that if you're going with children that it can feel quite cosy and not much space. However, the outdoor terrace had plenty of space and was safe and secure. The lesireu facilities were okay, would benefit from some maintenance but it helped to give the children something to do in an evening. A local restaurant nearby but mostly requiring transport. Varenna is absolutely stunning and a must see, the Lovers Walk, the Lakes Bakery and just watching the world go by at the Lake was amazing. Definitely a trip for beautiful sites and slow living. Thank you ❤️

Our stay was great. The view was great on Lake Maggiore, especially in the evening and at night, it was simply magical! The apartment was comfortable and fully equipped. Impeccable cleanliness! We loved our stay at Casa Lisa in Lake Como! The home is full of charm and character—especially the beautiful rock wall and historic features that made it feel truly special. Our family had so much fun with the football table, and the location was perfect—just a short walk to the lake and conveniently close to a grocery store. Casa Lisa was a cozy and memorable base for exploring the area. Would definitely stay again!
