We chose this place specifically because of the views and quiet location and were not disappointed. We have rarely seen a clean, complete and tidier apartment. Just like in the photos, everything looks the same in real life. The apartment is cleverly distributed over 2 floors; upstairs are the large kitchen and a small living room with a large sliding door to the huge terrace, and downstairs - cooler - are a great bathroom and a huge bedroom with air conditioning. We will be happy to come back for hiking in the spring or fall. Conclusion - we can only recommend this apartment. Graziano was inconspicuously somewhere and yet quickly accessible for any questions. We spent 14 quiet days here and every evening on the terrace still enjoying the wide view with a cool drink. For many hikes, the weather was too hot in August. And fortunately there is a well-functioning air conditioning in the house.

Great apartment, very warm and uncomplicated reception. The apartment is well-equipped, very cozy. My son and I felt very comfortable right from the beginning. Carin was always available and went out of her way from the beginning to make us feel comfortable. Highly recommended, we will be happy to come back.

This is a perfectly appointed and very convenient flat. The view from the roomy balcony is pleasant, and the cleanliness was perfect. Frequent public transport and stores just minutes of walking away make this a great choice too. Communication with the host, Antonio, was quick, efficient, and friendly. I'll be back.
