We had an absolutely incredible experience at One Tree Hill! The scenery was simply breathtaking, with astonishing views that made each sunrise and sunset unforgettable. The accommodation was comfortable. The peaceful surroundings and nearby trails provided the perfect opportunity to explore and immerse ourselves in nature. The fully fenced backyard was a bonus, giving our dogs plenty of room to play while we enjoyed the tranquility. It was so quiet and serene, allowing us to fully disconnect and enjoy the moment. We are already looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy a beautiful, relaxing getaway!

A lovely cottage in a beautiful environment, ideally placed for the vineyards but away from town.

John's place was fantastic, offering a magnificent view that made our stay even more special. Before check-in, John provided clear instructions, making the process seamless and stress-free. At the end of our stay, he even took the time to stop by, say hello, and ensure everything met our expectations. Highly recommended!

Most certainly a vintage place, including the appliances like the oven and the stove (but slightly more modern when it came to things like air conditioning), very 70s. A spacious lounge room and outdoor furniture was very comfortable on a nice warm day.

Such a lovely place to stay, the backyard with the deck and outdoor shower is such a nice way to end a beach day! Our dog loved the backyard almost as much as he loved the beach!

This was the third year we have stayed at Sharon’s house and it felt great to be back. As usual the house was spotless and so comfortable. We loved sitting out on the deck enjoying the autumn sunshine watching the Roos and other wildlife with the magnificent backdrop of the Grampians.

The tiny home is perfectly appointed with everything you need to be comfortable. The addition of camping chairs and blankets for the fire was a welcome touch! The feed for the sheep was put to good use, and enjoyed the company of my wooly friends. Perfect stay! Thank you!!!

This was our second stay here. It’s a very special place! In particular Katherine is an amazing host. The location is great too - community markets, fresh food, forest, nature. The cabin is perfect for a short stay.

Blue Lake Cottage was the perfect place for me! I felt at home the minute I drove into the property. A lovely, private spot with fenced, generous yard (my dogs were in heaven) & a beautifully fitted out Cottage with all the amenities I could want and plenty of space. Everything is new and pristine. Alison made it very easy for me in all aspects of my stay. Great information and helpful hints. Also great walks at my doorstep - amazing! Metung is so lovely. I have no hesitation in recommending Blue Lake Cottage to all guests. I will definitely be returning to this property for another stay. Thank you Alison for providing such a lovely retreat for me to stay, I thoroughly enjoyed it!

We were fortunate enough to stay at Chloe’s amazing place for our anniversary — we couldn’t have asked for a better spot for a peaceful getaway! The views were absolutely stunning, and the place was spotless. Chloe was incredibly helpful with suggestions for local restaurants and very responsive to any questions we had. We would highly recommend staying here!

Thank for our stay. Beautiful and peaceful, just what we needed. Melissa gave us lots of info for things to do in the area, even though once we arrived we really didn’t want to leave.

A great choice for families with teenagers - there were enough beds for my kids to each bring a friend and they all made good use of the pool and games room. Their only complaint was about the rather steep walk back to the cottage, which may challenge some. The bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds and beautiful forest views, and the kitchen well-appointed - if there was any utensil I couldn't find or if a condiment ran out Nicole arranged for it to be delivered immediately. We enjoyed walks around the property, mountain biking, beach days and golf in Lorne and visited Sheoak Falls. A relaxing and fun long weekend.

Staying at Caitlins was a perfect trip for a rainy weekend away with friends. Plenty of space for us all with comfy beds, all necessities you would need not to mention the house was incredible cosy and stylish. We are definitely keen to come back to Caitlins. Hosts were responsive and check in was super smooth.

Quiet and cozy place. We took our cat with us, and he enjoyed looking through the windows and exploring around the house. And Georgia was a very friendly and helpful host.

A beautiful home, ideal for a family, located in an incredibly laid back, quiet and friendly little Coastal Victorian town. We felt at home 10 mins after checking in. This is an ideal spot to base yourself for a holiday full of adventure and exploring. There is HEAPS of surrounding areas that are elite spots to explore. Beautiful country side and beaches. Wilsons Prom is an easy 30 min drive away.

I had a lovely time at Echo's tiny house in the forest. Great location, clean and quaintly decorated. The kitchen was well stocked and very usable. The only draw-back was that there was no direct light above the sink, making it a bit dark for washing dishes after sundown. There is a great collection of books and board games to peruse through. This is the first place I've stayed at that had a compost toilet, it was easy to use and no smells. Shower was hot with good pressure. Overall I would recommend this to family and friends.

This was a great little place, close to all aspects of the peninsula so a great base . serene, and quiet. Spa and BBQ area an added bonus . Appropriate environment to rest and recharge, close to the ocean beach , perfect for grounding oneself. Thank you

Jenni & Peter are fabulous hosts & lovely people!! The place was brighter and bigger than I assumed from the photos. Big shower & renovated bathroom - clean place throughout and comfy bed (also pitch black at night with block out blinds which aided our sleep). Our dog was very happy and calm both in and outside in her gated area beside the pool. The kitchen has all of the amenities you would expect and more. The location is tucked in the back corner of the property so it's nice n private (no people walking past). Would definitely rebook. Bless you Jenni & Peter :)

We walked in and I was speechless, the space is simply gorgeous . Spotless, a beautiful interior and furnishings, super comfortable, very private and quiet, and loved the little treats. Wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely be back! Thank you for having us.
