Newly built in 2021 holiday home in the beautiful village of Zoutelande! The beach, the dunes and the cozy village street are all within a 5-minute walking distance. Come and enjoy the sea, sand and sun and the beautiful surroundings. The small but nice apartment (25m2) has a separate bedroom with double bed (1.60 wide). A living area with fully equipped kitchen with combination microwave, refrigerator, kettle and dishwasher. Small bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating.

Enjoy, relax and recharge. Close to the center of Serooskerke Walcheren is our comfortable holiday home. We recently built this house recently in the barn on our property. Large garden, with private place to sit. Close to beach, forest, Veerse Meer, North Sea, Middelburg, Veere, Domburg, etc. Bus stop and shops within walking distance. Fast WiFi, free parking in our yard. 100 meters away, we have a public swimming pool, which is open during the summer months.

This has recently been completely renovated and meets all modern requirements. The beach is 2 kilometers away and is 7 minutes away by bike. You can use a covered and lockable bicycle shed, where bicycles can also be charged. We also have 2 bicycles available.
