Cottage vacation rentals in Walcheren

We had a lovely stay in Kapelle. If you are looking for a quiet place with lots of privacy, Casa Fico is definitely recommended! What a luxury: a 'private' hot tub overlooking the Zeeland fruit trees. From Kapelle you have many fun trips within 30 minutes or you rent bikes or an e-scooter to explore the area.

Very nice cottage in which we had a great holiday. We could watch wild goose flights in the beautiful field across the street. The surrounding area has many bike paths to explore the surrounding area by bike. There is a downside to the shower that deserves a small repair because the temperature tap is blocked and it is no longer adjustable once the water runs. Other than that everything was perfect!

We found a lovingly designed, very well equipped house in every way. Everything was like described and as pictured. The house is quietly very close to the dunes. In the garden we saw a rabbit almost daily. Esther, the manager, was very friendly and responded super quickly and immediately found solutions for everything. We enjoyed our stay and would vacation here again. Thank you!

Everything was as described, the amenities were great. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Very good internet. Since we were only there for one night, we can't say much about the location. We would come back for a longer stay. :)

We spent the Easter weekend here with 4 adults, a toddler and our dog. The house is cozy has a very advantageous floor plan. The large garden is completely enclosed, so the child and dog could move freely. Everything was super clean and everything was available in terms of amenities! Thanks to the numerous information we received before arrival, no questions remained unanswered and we felt right at home. We highly recommend staying here! ☺️

We did a girls' tour and felt very comfortable in the house. Everything you need is there. The house is very nicely decorated and everything was super clean. The terrace with adjoining large meadow where our dog was allowed to romp was also great. Michiel and his wife are super nice hosts. We will be happy to come back!😊

Very lovingly furnished apartment. We felt very comfortable. Everything is great except the access to the house over the lawn. This was not easy due to the ongoing rain.

This accommodation is clean, generous & well presented and is conveniently located for Bruges, local walks and amenities and for connection to other local towns and locations. The accommodation has everything you need for a comfortable stay and would suit walkers and cyclists (it has an integral garage) and there is adequate local on-street parking. We would definitely stay here again

We stayed at Louella's place for almost a week in April. We really liked the apartment. Immediately we felt at home, it was just really cozy. Also the terrace was great to enjoy a few rays of sunshine. Louella was so kind and brought us strawberry tiramisu one night. Simply a very sweet and attentive hostess. We can only recommend it!

it is a nice little cottage for us alone, located in the woods with large lawn. everything has been thought of, the doubter takes some getting used to when you are used to a large double bed at home. The surroundings are magnificent, forest and heath. In short, an ideal place to relax and unwind.

A wonderful little cottage on a quiet road surrounded by a beautiful garden. Gautier took good care to make this a charming retreat.

We enjoyed the accommodation very much. The studio is very nice and cozy. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need. The location is perfect for day trips in the area. Communication with Jos also went smoothly and we were able to enjoy our vacation very much.

Great place to stay in a very pleasant and beautiful part of the place. Direct access to small hiking trails in the dunes and also to the beach it is not far. (In April it was a bit cold in the accommodation because the heater was already turned off. Otherwise, everything was great!)

We felt very comfortable at Michael's place! The cottage is lovingly decorated & offers enough space for a family of 4! The highlights of our kids were the many toys in the house, the mud kitchen on the terrace, the nearby swimming pool & the large playground right behind the garden! Info: The small playground pool has been permanently closed by the park! Our highlights were the beautiful living room at the top of the gallery, the quiet & idyllic resort as well as the sea! By car, the nearest beach can be reached in 10 minutes & the nearest shopping in 4 minutes! The surrounding area offers many excursion options, such as the seal rearing station at the harbor! Communication with Michael couldn't have been better! No question remained open & he gave us a lot of tips for the area! We thank Michael & his family for this enchanting short vacation (6 days) & the wonderful hospitality!
