Our B&B is one of the oldest monumental buildings in the heart of the atmospheric Middelburg. Until recently, The Silver Heron was known as a Bed & Breakfast Adrichem and Scherpenseel. Starting March 29, the new owners Wilma and Marcel offer the same services and facilities. Savannah is tastefully decorated with a nice bed and private plumbing. The luxury breakfast is served in the unique atmospheric vaulted basement. Possibly bookable together with our other double room Forsyth.

"The old meule" was built in 1877, which we turned into a cozy bed and breakfast. Completely in style, equipped with kitchen incl. oven, induction cooking plate, fridge and dishwasher, 3 bedrooms ( 1 equipped with sink and circulation of the mill), shower incl. rain shower, separate toilet, smart TV and WiFi available. This cozy family room (28m2) on the first floor has a bedstee for 2 kids (the dimensions of the beds are 70x120cm and 80x200cm) and a double bed. The room at the front of the hotel overlooks the church with the beautiful large windows where 't Boertje and Boerinnetje pront are lurking. This room has a separate rain shower and toilet. The kids can watch a series on the smart TV that hangs on the wall after a wonderful day at the beach.

Our lovely B&B can be found 300m from the boulevard. Directly on the boulevard, you will find the only south-facing beach in the Netherlands, beaches where ships pass very close by! The B&B on the ground floor has 1 bedroom (electrically adjustable bed), toilet, shower, bathroom furniture, kitchen with refrigerator, a TV with cable channels. And a private garden with cozy seating area (evening sun).
