Marmutt Woods is a place to step out of daily distractions to relax and refocus. Newly furnished, carpeted and partially renovated cabin is nestled in the woods on the Wisconsin River, this spacious two bedroom, two bathroom home welcomes you to explore the North woods. Whether it's water sports, trail riding, biking, hiking swimming, fishing, day trips to local area communities; fun will be had by all. This two bedroom can easily accommodate 8 people comfortably without feeling overcrowded. The driveway can accommodate 6 parked vehicles or up to 3 vehicles with trailers

Middle Gresham Get-a-way Your year round Getaway

We are located on Middle Gresham Lake, this is a semi private lake, very quite lake with no public access. The fishing is great. Includes use of a row boat, canoe and two kayaks, boat motor available-extra charge. Rustic cabin feel with pristine views, a fire pit for roasting marsh mellows. Centrally located between Minocqua and Boulder Junction. Please note that an invoice for Room Tax will also be sent 10 before your arrival, as Airbnb only collects Wisconsin sales tax with your reservation.

The #5 Snowmobile/ATV trail runs across the front of the property along Hwy 51 and we are surrounded by many area lakes and the Northern Highland State Forest.

Our Breakfast at Tiffany House sits on Yellow Birch, has dock/water access for your toys, is a short walk from downtown shopping and events. You'll find everything you need, including tons of extras to make you feel at home, with lake home themes and pops of Tiffany Blue throughout. Room for parking trailers, close to snowmobile/ATV trails and snowmobile/boat rentals! We supply 2 adult kayaks, 1 children’s kayak, 2 inflatable paddle boards, and life jackets.
