It is very close to the casinos in Louisiana, and the currently being constructed Chevron plant! Each room is fully furnished with a full size bed, a smart TV, a dresser, and an A/C. Kitchen has NO STOVE, but appliances for cooking full meals, large closet and full bath. It is located near most of the local refineries and is great for an out of town worker. The apt has all you would need for a one night stay or long term. If staying longer than a week or two, it may not be comfortable for 2 people.
