Charming apartment - quiet location

In a house in the Zurich metropolitan area (6km near city center, 12 min with car, 25min with public transportation) we rent an apartment with private entrance. The apartment has a new kitchen, dining area, office table and bathroom. The bed (110 cm) and a sofa bed (120cm) allow a stay for two people. The garden with barbecue, deck chairs and dining table can be shared. A small TV and free W-Lan connection is also available in the apartment and in the price! Car park (1 car) available in front of the house. Laundry can be used (including dryer). Surcharge depending on stay time. The hosts give you tips or answer questions about public transport, etc. Documents about this can be found already on the table. We speak: German, French, Spanish and English! WE LOOK FORWARD TO EVERY VISIT!

Pretty, small garden room, quietly located right next to the Uetliberg recreation area. The train station is only a three-minute walk away and the city centre of Zurich (main station) can be reached by S-Bahn in a maximum of 15 minutes. The room is brightly furnished, with Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and fridge (no kitchen). Private bathroom with shower. Cosy private outdoor seating area and parking space for one car. My name is Beatrice and I live in this pretty townhouse together with three lovely cats. I rent two bedrooms. This listing is for the small room. Additional person 25.00 per night. Only a few minutes to Buchs train station. Zurich City & Kloten Airport in about 20 minutes. In Buchs there are various shops and restaurants In summer there is a small pool in the garden, a lounge. Bathroom is shared. Kitchen not usable! Additional large breakfast for 18.-sFr p.P.

The apartment is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and is at the same time centrally located. In 10 minutes you will be at Paradeplatz by tram. A large shopping center is a 5-minute walk away. The apartment has a garden and a beautiful view of our local mountain (Uetliberg).
