Perfect for families and small groups! We are just down the road a bit from Magnolia Farms. Downtown Waco, the Silos & Baylor are only 22 minutes away.

Located in a quiet neighborhood atop a bluff, the lakehouse is spacious enough for a group of friends or family and has a panoramic view of the lake that is accessible (this will count as your exercise for the day!) for swimming or fishing. If you'd rather stay on dry land, hike at Lake Whitney State Park or play a round of golf at White Bluff Resort-both just 15 min. away.

Enjoy a stay at Fossil Trace Ranch, a 1 bed, 1 bath guest house located on 15 Acres at the end of a private road in the Northern Hill Country of Bosque County. The home features a morning porch and evening porch, fire-pit, 1 permanent pond and a second pond that fills after rainfall. LOTS of wildlife, fossils and walking trails. Dan’s Place - 14 miles to Baylor & Magnolia

3 bedroom 2 bath, 1500 sq foot cottage close to Tradinghouse Lake. The cottage was built in the late 1940's and was totally renovated in 2017. It is isolated with only one neighbor across the street and is very peaceful. It has a small pond that has a fountain, and is stocked with Bass, Crappie, Bluegill and catfish. Fishing poles and baits are provided. Small gatherings/parties are permitted. I have had several small weddings in the past.
