Monthly Rentals in Wilmer

Upon arrival, we appreciated the secure coded gate. Kathleen and Russell warmly welcomed us at the condo and provided the keys. They live in the area and Kathleen's enthusiasm showed she loves where she lives. The condo was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked with snacks, local cupcakes, and beverages. The kitchen had all the necessary cookware, along with both a Keurig and a regular coffee maker. My daughter found the sofa bed comfortable, and the Vizio smart TV with streaming apps and reliable Wi-Fi was a bonus. The bedroom featured a cozy bed with extra pillows and blankets, while the spotless bathroom had everything we might need. There was also a washer and dryer. This is definitely our new spot!

Our stay was wonderful and Karin did a wonderful job as a host! Excellent location close to everything! The first day the hot water heater went out and Karin was extremely helpful and fast in getting it replaced immediately so it did not affect any plans we had. She stayed in touch and made sure we weren't inconvenienced at all. The ceiling fan in the bedroom did not work, so Karin quickly brought a fan to use. The home is very clean and comfortable, but furniture is outdated and it could use some cosmetic touch-ups. However, if you're just looking for a place to hang out and sleep, it is a great place! I would much rather have older things and very clean than new and dirty! The newer kitchen is great! Beds are very comfortable! We would absolutely stay here again! Karin was an excellent host and quickly addressed the issues we had (which could have happened anytime in our own home, so no fault of hers). Quiet neighborhood and the park down the street is wonderful for kids!

Dana was amazing!! My flight landed early, and she was very flexible with checking in and everything. The place was perfect for a business trip for the week. I could be out all day, and come back and unwind and relax. Definitely will be staying here again when I’m back in Mobile!

We spent just over 3 weeks here and enjoyed the stay immensely. The location was perfect to explore Mobile and its attractions and close enough to the University of Mobile for regular visits. Chris was very accommodating and everything worked according to plan, no issues that could not be easily resolved.
