Quiet, very nice house/property near the Elbe.

Beautiful, secluded and very quiet property at the end of the small village. Beautiful view from the upper terrace over the Elbe landscape and the Elbe. The Elbe is about 400 m away. The Alte Elbe Kathewitz Nature Reserve begins 200 m away. Large hedges to the neighboring properties and a separate door to the Elbe dam. The house is good for up to 4 people. With an extra bed, however, it can also accommodate up to 6 people. Please feel free to ask.

Cozy, individually and lovingly furnished vacation home on the edge of the Dübener Heide for nature lovers. Family-friendly, suitable for 4 people. Fully fenced garden, well-behaved dogs allowed. The house is heated by wood-burning stoves. Wood is included and available. Close to a natural forest pool. Cozy atmosphere, books and comfortable armchairs, so you can really relax even in bad weather. Wi-Fi, TV and DVD, in case the weather is terrible.

Our vacation home is located 12 km south of Lutherstadt Wittenberg. The old house, about 90 m², was lovingly renovated by us and the character was largely preserved. On the lower floor there is a kitchen-living room with seating for 6 people, a bathroom with bathtub and a living room. On the upper floor there are two separate bedrooms and a toilet. The house is on the same property as our house, so we are available to answer any questions.

It has a double bedroom, TV and desk on the upper floor, a small bedroom with single bed and sofa bed for one person and a small bathroom with toilet and sink. In the basement there is a kitchen (no dishwasher), living room with fireplace and TV, bathroom with shower and toilet. The garden invites you to relax. Children and pets are welcome!

An idyllic & quiet farm of almost 3000 sqm with a large & fenced garden - consisting of meadows, fruit trees, barns with a view of nature - all for you alone. Between the Dübener Heide & Muldestausee Nature Park, you will find bike paths, extensive lakes, forests & a lot of peace and quiet. The farmhouse has a large garden, gazebo, pool as well as an open barn. For safety reasons, children under 12 years of age are not allowed to stay.

The cottage has comfortable interiors with a kitchen and 3 separate bedrooms. Linen and towels are included in the price. Private beach access allows you to cool off after the sauna. The evening can be enjoyed on the terrace or on the sofa overlooking the lake.
