The accommodation is located at about 1,200 m above sea level and is characterized by the cozy atmosphere and the quiet location at the end of the access road. The lift station for skiing or the mountain bike trail (summer) is only about 5 minutes away by car. The valley and the nearest supermarket are about 12 minutes away, and there is a bakery near the lifts. In the immediate vicinity, there is a bike path, a running track, a bicycle path, the mountains and much, much more. There is a stadium pool nearby for swimming, and in winter the Koralpe ski resort is only 15 minutes away. There are also shopping facilities nearby. There is the option of setting up a folding bed for 1 child.
