5 miles from Silos ….Also a quiet retreat! You can enjoy the best of both worlds. Tour as long as you want or relax and enjoy butterflies, flowers, birds including occasional roadrunners! Catalina Classic is located in a quiet neighborhood yet is easily accessible to Waco’s many friendly attractions. This home has 1980 square feet and includes 4 bedrooms, 5 beds, 2 baths and two dining areas inside. Additionally there is a furnished and lighted patio which provides a third dining option.

Charming backyard cottage set in the historic Sanger-Heights neighborhood just 7 minutes from Magnolia by car and blocks from Downtown. Off-street parking and a private entrance to your own fenced yard. A pathway leads to a private patio with an outdoor seating area. The cottage includes a Queen sized bed, TV with Netflix, bathroom, bathtub and shower. It is located on our property adjacent to our home, and we are available as much or as little as you desire. Welcome to the Artist's Cottage!

Serenity Place Close to Waco, Magnolia, & Baylor

This is a beautiful studio apartment located in the country with private entry & excellent views. The apartment is down the walkway on the left. We love being hosts and part of the Airbnb family! We are conveniently located about 15 minutes from Magnolia Silos and other points of interest such as the Zoo, Dr. Pepper Museum, Baylor etc. No pets without special permission from host, however there is a $25.00 pet fee because of the extra cleanup. We have a queen size bed &futon for guests.

Enjoy a peaceful stay at this quiet, spacious guesthouse. This unique property is minutes from Woodway and Hewitt Drive with convenient access to food and fun! Only 12 miles from downtown Waco, take advantage of all the city has to offer and then retreat to the quiet nights of Lorena. This one bedroom, private building is separate from the main house. The bedroom, bathroom, and main area all have separate entrances. The living area has a queen-sized sofa bed for additional guests.

The German Schmear Cottage

The German Schmear Cottage is tucked away on a quiet street in the Mountainview area. It is centrally located (HEB, Target, and Starbucks are right down the road) and only 10-15 minutes from downtown, the Silos, and Baylor. Once a detached garage, this 400 square foot space is now a cozy, modern living space and is on the property of the main German Schmear (fixer upper) house, which is also a vacation rental. Pecan Hill House

Cozy, comfortable historic home centrally located in Waco surrounded by mature shade trees. 12 minutes from downtown and all that Magnolia has to offer without all the hustle and bustle. Built in 1947 and fully renovated to provide all the amenities and conveniences you have come to expect from Waco's historic homes. The neighborhood setting is an up and coming working class area with busy families.
