Haus Amélie

House Amélie is located within walking distance from the entrance to the Wutachschlucht in the middle of the Black Forest village of Boll. The house is the prototyp of the architecture and design startup SYNDIKAT:WALDEN based in Vienna, Hamburg and until recently also here in Boll. The house is a reinterpretation of the traditional wooden Black Forest head and has been designed and implemented with a lot of love for detail. Only natural materials were used.

Very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, microwave, oven, fridge/freezer and highchair. A washing machine is available. The apartment on the first floor is located in a former farmhouse and has been completely newly furnished. It is suitable for 2 - 3 people. The house has a large garden with various seats for shared use, as well as a garage in the house. In the surrounding area there are shops for everyday needs. The city park (Japanese garden) next to the outdoor pool is a 5-minute walk away.

Four seasons on the farm

The spacious apartment is located in the rear lower part of the detached house. It is accessible via a narrow paved path (in progress but accessible) from the driveway. The apartment is bright and has a terrace in front of the apartment doors. The view is directed into the courtyard and the old apple orchard. Please take a close look at the pictures.
