My centrally located apartment is within walking distance to the beach (7 min walk), markets, local market, ATMs, bus stop, sports facilities. In addition, this charming apartment, which has bright rooms that receive light all day and a spacious balcony, is on the 2nd floor of a 2-storey building. There is parking available for those with vehicles, and for those without, the stop is right in front of the house. I have prepared my house completely in line with the experience I have gained from long-term guests:) I wish you a nice holiday..

Comfortable, sunny and stylish place to enjoy your stay! The house is on the 1st floor and provides all the amenities that you might need. The view of the mountain on the right side, the sea on the left side and the public park/parking in front, make up an ideal landscape. Situated in Kos coastline (Marmari area), just 3 minutes walk from the sandy beach, 1 minute from bus stop and 20 minutes drive from the city center of Kos island. You also have your own balcony overlooking the garden. Enjoy!

The couch on the ground floor opens up into a bed and can sleep 2 but more ideal for single guest. The 2nd floor and terrace of the 2-story villa with Lebiderya sea views are rented. My house is located under Geriş, a calm area of Yalikavak. On the top floor of the apartment, it is only for your use, with a sea view there is a terrace. The apartment consists of a living room, (160x200 cm visco bed for 2 people) , bathroom/toilet , open kitchen, and balcony.. It is about 50 square meters. Since the location of our site is on a hill, it is recommended to come by car.
