Villa vacation rentals in Yahşi Mahallesi

Waqar was a wonderful host and the villa was everything we needed it was just perfect. Waqar was on hand and very responsive if we needed him. The villa is in a lovely spot very clean and easily accessible. We will most definitely be visiting again soon. Thank you waqar

Nice Villa with two apartments at different floors. The communication with Ali was great and he’s a nice guy. We only had a minor issue with one of the showers’ drain, for the rest it was a nice staying.

The house amenities and rooms are as shown in the photos. Host is helpful and respond quickly. It has a spacious and pleasant garden. It's located in a very central location. You can easily get to many points such as Yalikavak Marina, Gumusluk, Turgutreis by car. The house was generally clean and tidy. The bathroom had the shampoo, soap, and toilet paper you needed. The kitchen has supplies you may need. We didn't use the kitchen, but they have a useful kitchen. The barbecue was available in the garden. The rooms of the house are spacious and spacious. One room has an en-suite bathroom. Overall, it's tidy and clean. Each room has air conditioning. If we come back in Bodrum, it is a house we can choose again.

We had a fantastic two weeks at this lovely villa in Bodrum. The property was very spacious, for two adults and two kids, well-maintained, and comes with all the appliances required. Air con in every room, the fridge is a great size, the washing machine was ideal and the internet was great! Closest beach is a 10 min walk away. The public section is very small, but the private sunbeds were only 200 tl each and offered waiter service from cafe. Small supermarket (Migros Jet) is only 5 mins walk which we used a few times. We hired a car and had no trouble parking, on the road outside, during the day. The views over the bay are amazing! There is a nightclub near the beach, which can be noisy at the weekends, but it was not a problem for us sleeping.

Soula was a great host, from start to finish communication was great, and was there to meet us, even though we landed late in the evening. The welcome basket, water and fruit juice was a nice touch. The house was excellent and just as the pictures described. The pool and sun beds was a great option on those days we did not want to venture out. It’s worth noting especially if your considering if to hire a car or not, Kardemina central is 4 mins by car but a good 50 mins walk. Even to the closest beach bar is 30 mins walk. There is a wonderful bakery in the centre. The largest chocolate croissants you have ever seen, Avli is a great centrally located restaurant. Our best find was a local butcher a few streets back from the central area. Words cannot describe the Angus beef and lamb we bought. If you want privacy whilst also being close to numerous amenities this is the one for you. Being 10 mins from the airport is also a bonus, as was the last day melon and eggs from Soula

We were welcomed by Apostolos and their family everything was excellent we would definitely come back again! The house is very well placed near the town. We had a great time. Thank you!

The house is beautiful and it has the best view of the city. It’s equipped with everything you need for cooking, laundry and very close to some local restaurants and supermarkets Mmm Migros is only 3 km away Ali was very nice and responded quickly to all our needs I will be happy to come back to such a beautiful place

We loved this house. House was clean and all AC machines were working. There were so many towels alao for beach. There was always hot water. Host Mehmet was very kindly and friendly. If we will have a chance to come Bodrum again, we will select this house again for sure. We highly recommend this house.

Ahmet is the most helpful landlord I've met so far! We were 7t (2 families) in Ahmet's house- with the most beautiful views of Bodrum! The house is very well maintained, the pool & terrace a place both to have fun and to relax! We got a rental car with Ahmet's support (parking at the house) and were on a beach exploration tour daily before going on city exploration in the evening for any hours by the pool! The house has the separate bedroom with private bathroom, at ground level to the pool/terrace, as well as a toilet in the main house, on the first floor 3 bedrooms with wonderful views and 2 bathrooms! The kitchen is very spacious! The terrace offers shade spots! So if Bodrum, then with Ahmet and Valerie- a courteous and very polite couple of landlords! Absolutely recommended as a retreat and enjoyment point and Bodrum is this house!

Beautiful villa in a good and quiet location with great and wide views over the sea to Turkey. Beautiful terrace with large swimming pool, plenty of good quality loungers, a lounge area, whirlpool,... Very accommodating, always available hosts with warm service by Maria. We felt very comfortable!

Great place to stay for groups. Located in a fairly central region with access to all parts of Bodrum. Guven is an amazing host and extremely helpful!

Beautiful villa the owners were fantastic they went above and beyond my dad forgot his medication and they went out of the way to get him an alternative and drop it off for him. They were fantastic from start to finish. Next time I will book direct with them.

We had the most amazing time here! The view is absolutely stunning, we spent so much more time at the house than we initially thought. Inoula was very communicative and had a solution for everything. I cannot imagine a more perfect place to spend a trip away!

Our contact person Kallia helped us a lot in the preparations and during our stay. The villa was lovely to stay. The pool clean and the garden well maintained. Plenty of amenities in the kitchen to cook and make nice coffee. With an e-bike you are in Kos city in 10 minutes, otherwise I would recommend renting a scooter or car. The only small point is that we did not expect the number of bedrooms to be adjusted to our number, a number of bedrooms were closed. That was not clear when booking, because of this people who only wanted to sleep in a bedroom could not do that. All with all, an all great stay!

The house was very nice, modern and new. The house is in very good condition, with wonderful pool and view. It is located in the golf club a little outside, but very easy to reach, with supermarket and restaurant. All three bedrooms have a own bathroom. The beach club is about 5 km from the house. It has wonderful water and is very empty. You have the feeling that you have the beach all to yourself. We have spent a wonderful week in Can house. He is very helpful and answered quickly to every question. We will definitely come back. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Sevgul was an excellent host, her place is really nice. It is well thought out for stay for a few days. As we were checking in late, she arranged water and coffee for us which was very kind of her. She was always responsive and the place was very clean. Thank you for the stay. Definitely recommend this spot if you’re with a group of friends.

great place, great host, great location we stayed a month and really enjoyed it, perfect to explore bodrum you definitely need a car tho, not accessible by foot

We come to Turgutries every year for peace and relaxation, that is exactly what you get here at Mustafa’s Villa. He was extremely friendly and helpful, he greeted us with his family and showed us around the villa. The villa is very private and peaceful. The pool is great and there is plenty of space here. The villa is exactly like the photos. You can reach the main bar street on foot with beautiful seafront views. A taxi back on an evening was only £3. The home is beautiful, perfect for a quiet relaxing holiday. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. Mustafa’s wife & mother baked us the most delicious cake which was very kind. We look forward to staying here again soon.

The place is very peaceful, we watched the magnificent sunset, we thank Ms. Nazime very much, she gave us her peace of mind, we are very satisfied.

I organised this trip for a group of 9 on a stag do. Sait was brilliant from start to finish. He organised transfers for the whole trip including to and from the airport and was very quick at responding for any questions I had. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Sait as a host. 5 stars!!!

It was a perfectly nice experience. House is more than the photos. It has a unique style , very large, ellegant furnitures and fabulous view which you can watch the Argean sea and the ships from the windy garden . It is very suitable for big families. There are all details at home . Alex was a very kind and interested host. Higgşy reccomended.

despite all the negativities we had, it was a great experience, they helped us because we didn't have a car, they took us from the garage, the house was immaculately clean, everything from the Turkish coffee maker to dishwasher detergent was great, the pool and the view were great. Although it was a little difficult to reach without a car, it was a pleasant experience, we recommend it, one of the hosts we thought to go to again
