Vacation rentals with a patio in Yahşi Mahallesi

We had a wonderful first holiday with our 9 month old son at Giorgos place. The apartment is well set up for little ones and great value for money. Its a 10 minute walk to the lovely Mastihari with its sandy beach, bars and really great restaurants. We had some of the freshest fish there! Transport was easy (we don't yet drive), with a bus stop in the town and a great cab service on hand. The apartment is well equipt with all we needed and more and we enjoyed using the garden in the evenings. Its the perfect spot to see the whole island, easy to locate and next to onw of the nicest small towns the island has to offer. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, we even did a boat trip one day. Giorgos was really kind, helpful and generous. Anything we needed, he would advise us really quickly and he even shared his own local honey and fresh eggs wit us! We had a wonderful time

We felt like we were in our own home, everything was very nice, in a good location, and it was a big factor for us to have a nice holiday, thank you 🙏

We had to make a last min booking to change our accommodation mid holiday. And they were very helpful. I wish we stayed in Nuran’s boutique hotel all of our holiday. They are all very friendly, experienced and hands on. The place is very well equipped, super clean. Bathroom etc amazingly done. The renovation was done tastefully. They kept asking if we need anything. Communal areas are lovely to chill. Pool is big enough to have a quick dip and great for kids. Location is superb. They have their regulars which they all became like family. All the amnesties incl chemist, a mid size supermarket and lovely restaurants are around the corner but you still get a village feel. Sea is good, great for kids, shallow start and lots to look at. You can use any of the restaurants sun beds and umbrellas as long as you eat there. They are all friendly. There are also public sections, free to use with sun beds and shades. I will definitely be going back to Nuran’s boutique hotel.

The host is really friendly and helpful, I highly recommend the area that is perfect being in the middle of the main towns. Also highly recommended for the restaurants around and the host's own restaurant.

We stayed at Arangia Apartments for a week and it was one of the best airbnbs I‘ve stayed in. It‘s located in a quite neighborhood in walking distance to the old town and the port of kos. The Apartment itself was wonderful, it had everything we needed and two beautiful balconies on which you could enjoy your breakfast. Everything was very clean and fresh. The neighbors were very nice and all in all you hab a feeling of safety in the airbnb. The host Petros was very welcoming and forthcoming and recommended a lot of places like bars, restaurants and beaches. He was very helpful and responded very quickly to any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this Apartment and Petros as a host for anyone who wishes to visit kos. We had a great experience and would love to come again.

The listing was incredible and better than the photos. Murat was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. The resort is a newly build resort and has amazing amenities like the gym and spa. There is a perfect private sand beach. To be honest, the beach was one of the best beaches I have ever seen. The property has everything we needed to cook, clean and chill. The furniture is very stylish and comfortable. Both terraces have sea-view and a lot of greenery. I spent most of my time in the terraces reading my book, it was a piece of heaven.

Everything was perfect, it felt like home, we had everything we needed. It was very clean and tidy, well done to Mr. Vassilis... We will definitely be back!!

the place is super well located in the heart of the old town, everything is at a walking distance, great verity of restaurants. the hidden gem is that the bus stop is also 2 min away which can take you to other part of the island in case you wanna have a each day at more quite beaches. The place was super nice and clean. we would definitely book this place the next time we visit Kos.

We were a group of 7 people, and the stay was lovely! The area is very peaceful, and there’s a private beach right under the villa. Sunsets were magical! The bedrooms were nice and spacious, and all air-conditioned, many bathrooms which is a big plus. The host was very helpful and responsive whenever we needed extra towels or to fix something. Thank you for a great stay! (Note: would recommend for anyone visiting to have a deal with a driver or get the number of a local taxi company, we struggled a bit with transportation because there’s no uber and the place is not in an area where you can stop a tax.) Oh and ask the host about boat rides, not to be missed :)

Anne Marie is a kind and good host. She informed us very well at check-in and checkout. The house is just as it is in the pictures, stylish and quite clean. Almost all the tools you'll need are available. The garden is well-maintained and great for children, the stairs can get a little tired. There is a barbecue in the garden. Each room has air conditioning and is a very useful house for families with children. The humidity is almost non-existent, and you can only sleep at night without air conditioning by opening the glass. There are mosquito nets on the windows. There are 2 bathrooms and very comfortable for stays of 6 people. The sea does not deepen very clean and clear quickly in August, six round stones and gravel, the beach is cakil-stone. In the morning, the amount of waves increases according to the wind in the afternoon. A warm sea for children. The beach is yours and you feel private. It was a very pleasant and beautiful holiday for us. Thank you for the peaceful and perfect amenities and see you 😊 again

Wonderful house in a beautiful setting. Walking distance to Bodrum Marina, restaurants and shops. Taxi rank at the end of the road. The house was spotless and very comfortable. We all slept well. Great host and very responsive. No problems at all and would love to return.

Wow what an experience! Peaceful but at the same time close to everything. A hidden gem. Evdokia was a total please to deal with the whole experience was hassle free just what you would want when on holiday. Cannot recommend enough and can't wait to go back!!! The thought of this beautiful place will be forever in our memories.

Kalliopi's home is just as seen in the photos. We were two adults and one child, but the large spaces are comfortably suitable for four adults. Kalliopi was very kind. Everything she provided for our stay is better than many four-star hotels. The village is in the center of the island so every beach is easy to get to. We thank Kalliopi who made us feel at home this week. If we can, we will definitely be coming back to Kalliopi's.

You can easily park your car in a very central location in the center of Bodrum, a sheltered and very cute house, the front back garden is very tidy and clean, the host, Mr. Murat, would recommend if you want to feel at home

The place was very clean and exactly as shown on Airbnb. Husnu was a fantastic host and provided many helpful tips and suggestions. I would absolutely stay at his apartment in the in future and highly recommend. I made the dumb mistake of forgetting my cellphone in Bodrum. Husnu immediately shipped it to me in the United States.

We stayed three nights in the preseason in Kos in Niki's beautiful place. Niki has helped us with all the necessities Check-in information provided and was responsive at all times if we had any questions. A beautiful apartment on two levels with three possibilities to relax outside, especially a terrace has a fantastic view. There was no direct private parking space, but there was an ideally located parking space. Due to the weather in April, it was also cool and wet days, but the air conditioning had a super working heating function,so the rooms got warm in the cool evening. The kitchen is functionally equipped. Niki, had provided fresh fruit, as well as drinks in the fridge, thank you! The dining table is a few steps above the kitchen in the living room. Having a quiet and beautiful environment below Zia and having a car makes sense. Thanks to Niki! We felt comfortable!

I loved a very peaceful home! The view and garden are nicer than the photos. Very right choice if you are looking for calm. I stayed alone, but 2-3 people can easily stay in the house and it was immaculately clean, the newly painted kitchen is quite large and if you want to cook, you can easily do it. The bedroom is big and comfortable, there is a 3 door closet. There is AC in both the living room and bedroom AC. The internet speed is very good, like me for those who work from home. I see this as an advantage, but I would still like to point out that there are many stairs for transportation to the house, you do your daily sports ☺️ The house is a must on top of a hill and there is a Migros, bakery, diner, hairdresser 1 minute away by car. 7 minutes to Gümüşlük by car, 12 minutes to Yalikavak marina, 35 minutes to the center. Zoe is a really interested host, although she was not here, everything was very well taken care of, everything was perfect, and Mr. Zafer came when I needed everything, thank you very much, if I come back to the basement, she will definitely stay at Zoe's house 🙏🏼 again

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. Michael was a great host, he was very thoughtful, friendly and a really responsive communicator. The apartment had everything we needed and we felt right at home straight away. Lovely decor and everything was very clean and tidy. It is really close to the centre of everything so it’s an ideal location. We were pleasantly surprised to have little gifts of fruit, biscuits and wine for our arrival which was a lovely touch. Thank you for being such a hospitable host!

Such a relaxing place, and very quiet and peaceful. We had all that we needed in the apartment. We walked to local supermarket and cooked in the apartment, we stayed for two nights and just chilled on the balcony with the amazing view, we also took a dip in the on site pool. We are returning next year for longer because we loved it so much

After reading the fantastic reviews we had high expectations and it was even better! We had a fantastic time from check-in to checkout. Vasilis and Manolis received us personally, warmly with a tour of the beautiful stay, a fridge with treats provided by Nia. There was even a welcome gift, so thoughtful! The stay neat, cozy and everything was provided for a pleasant stay. We slept great there! Quiet, air conditioning and the mattress was great! The cozy terrace was perfect for eating meals. With mood lighting in the evening. But what really made this place very special was the warmth and kindness of the family. They even had a surprise for my husband's birthday. They were always available but also gave us space. The perfect place for those looking for peace, Greek hospitality a warm home feeling, good location among the locals. Very clean apartment equipped with every comfort in a quiet area. Good Wi-Fi. There is a large supermarket nearby. We didn't have the pleasure of meeting Eleni in person but we used the key box for both check-in and check-out. It was easy to find the place thanks to the directions provided. Very responsive and caring host (he left us water, juices, wine, cookies, coffee...) Cute kittens outside to welcome us. Thank you Eleni for the hospitality.

I want to thank the host and co-host for the beautiful stay... the place is in a very peaceful area next to the kos town, i’d say it’s walkable to kos town and it’s the center of the city with its beautiful lambi beach but definitely better if you are renting a car... There’s a supermarket like 5-6 mins walking for your daily needs and a beautiful turkish restaurant like 10 mins walking in the platani square. What i found really nice is the communication with the host and co-host. They were always there for recommendations and advices. The house was really clean with extra towels bed sheets and everything you look for in a vacation house. We definitely recommend Angela’s House for anyone who would a nice, quiet and peaceful stay near kos town with its beautiful surroundings full of trees and farm-like vibes.

The house was exactly as shared in the photos. Items, kitchen utensils are new and sparkling clean. The large balcony and exquisite views were superb. Since it was rainy the evening we arrived, we sat in their spacious seats and enjoyed a big screen cinema. We felt like we were at home. It was a very enjoyable holiday. Everything was clean and tidy as we expected for this stay. Everything was as seen in photos. The instructions and descriptions were sufficient for check-in and check-out, and the hosts were helpful with the needs. We received quick and proper responses to our questions. There were plenty of supplies and supplies to be in the house. We had a pleasant holiday, the stay was very good in the morning and especially the sunset view was great
