We had a very enjoyable stay at the Farmhouse Lodge - everything we could have wanted was in the Lodge for us to use and Angela made everything very easy for us in terms of checking in and out. We would highly recommend and would love to stay again in the future.

We had a brilliant time at the cottage, the property was stunning, lots of information in the living room of things to do around the area.

First of all , it was a peaceful place to go for a stay. Vivien was very friendly. The whole house was very clean and tiday. The location was easy access to the holiday destinations and M6.The nearest village and the restaurants were good,as vivien discribed us . The instruction manual was at the house was very useful. Hands ✋️ off to Vivian and Antonio for that. The stay was worth of our pay .We would like to come again to this beautiful place 😍 💕 💗

What a gem of a place! We just needed a place to stay before an event at RSBP Leighton Moss (10min v. scenic drive) that required an early morning. Located right in the middle of Carnforth - about 5-10min walk from train station - and round corner from supermarket. Parking is on-street, we managed to get a space but could see some potential issues (nothing the owners can do - just modern life). We were so impressed with this little place, can't believe how much useful stuff the owners managed to get into the property without it feeling cluttered - microwave (with useful microwavable containers), kettle/toaster, an airfryer(!), fridge, coffee machine and more. And not to mention the "care package" - cereals and breakfast items, milk and OJ, tinned goods, sweet treats, crisps and fruit, plus the usual tea, coffee etc., and every type of toiletries you could ask for. Bed was really comfy, and the bathroom was spacious and clean with a lovely walk-in shower. Would stay again if in the area
